Abstract

This research was motivated by fluctuations in CAR and LDR every year at Bank Jabar Banten for the 2018-2022 period, causing NIM to fluctuate. This research aims to find out how CAR and LDR influence NIM, both partially and simultaneously. The research objects in this report are CAR, LDR and NIM contained in financial reports. The type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The type of data used is secondary data and uses data collection techniques through documentation and literature study. Meanwhile, the sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with a population of all quarterly financial reports. The research results show that there is an influence of CAR on NIM with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (2.720 > 1.73406), there is no significant influence of LDR on NIM with the results of the t test where the value of tcount < ttable (0.653 < 1.73406). Meanwhile, CAR and LDR simultaneously influence NIM. This is indicated by the value Fcount > Ftable (10.58 > 3.59), with an R Square of 0.3025 (30.25%), which means the NIM variable can be explained by the CAR and LDR variables of 30.25%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence Price and Product Quality have on customer loyalty home ownership at Bank BRI syariah Bandung Suniaraja Branch Office. The method method used is an associative quantitative method, so a questionnaire is needed to find out the responses of questionnaire to find out the responses of home ownership customers at Bank BRIsyariah Bandung Suniaraja Branch Office. The data required is primary data. primary. So it can be said that the effectiveness of Price and Product Quality Product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. The coefficient of determination obtained obtained amounted to 58.1%, this indicates that price and product quality product quality affect loyalty and the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. other factors that were not studied.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah kepemilikan rumah di Bank BRIsyariah Kantor Cabang Bandung Suniaraja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif, sehingga diperlukan kuesioner untuk mengetahui tanggapan nasabah kepemilikan rumah di Bank BRI syariah Kantor Cabang Bandung Suniaraja. Data yang dibutuhkan adalah data primer. Selain data dari kuesioner yang diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 23, penulis juga dapat data-data dari teori para ahli tentang harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas, dengan hasil uji simultan (uji F) untuk memperkuat penelitian. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa adanya pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas yaitu dalam uji F adalah Fhitung Ftabel (13,155 3,52) dan signifikansi 0,000 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa efektivitas Harga dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah di Bank BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar sebesar 58.1% hal ini menunjukan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas dan sisanya 41.9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
