Abstract

This research was motivated by fluctuations in CAR and LDR every year at Bank Jabar Banten for the 2018-2022 period, causing NIM to fluctuate. This research aims to find out how CAR and LDR influence NIM, both partially and simultaneously. The research objects in this report are CAR, LDR and NIM contained in financial reports. The type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The type of data used is secondary data and uses data collection techniques through documentation and literature study. Meanwhile, the sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with a population of all quarterly financial reports. The research results show that there is an influence of CAR on NIM with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (2.720 > 1.73406), there is no significant influence of LDR on NIM with the results of the t test where the value of tcount < ttable (0.653 < 1.73406). Meanwhile, CAR and LDR simultaneously influence NIM. This is indicated by the value Fcount > Ftable (10.58 > 3.59), with an R Square of 0.3025 (30.25%), which means the NIM variable can be explained by the CAR and LDR variables of 30.25%.

Abstract

It should be that a company in any field will follow the laws of capital economics that is getting the maximum profit with the smallest effort. This is where optimization as an attempt to get the maximum profit begins. This study aims to help determine the optimum value in a product sales mix by applying partial differential theory and analyzing the margins' contribution between variable costs, fixed costs, and sales volume. The method used in this research is a case study of partial differential theory using tools in Curve Fit - Tools version 1.6 which is used to obtain a suitable curve using the Least Square Approximation method. The results of the study are obtained the optimal composition value of the sales mix in the form of five types of shirts to produce the most optimal profit obtained by the company. From the calculations that have been done, it turns out that the profits obtained by the company from the sale of products after using partial differential theory are 22% higher than the profits obtained before using partial differential theory

The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is non probability sampling with accidental sampling type. The population is patient visits at the Mutiara I Clinic which amounts to 15.074 patients per year using the Slovin formula totaling 100 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant influence between brand image on patient satisfaction, namely 38,4% with the results of the t test tcount> ttable value (7,811> 1,29025), there was a significant influence between service quality on patient satisfaction of 53.2% with the results of the t test tcount> ttable value (10,551> 1.29025). And simultaneously there is a significant.
