ABSTRAK Indonesia menghadapi peningkatan jumlah lansia yang signifikan, khususnya di daerah pedesaan seperti Desa Tulungrejo, Kota Batu, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam menyediakan layanan perawatan lansia. Di sisi lain, tingkat putus sekolah di kalangan remaja di daerah pedesaan juga menjadi masalah sosial yang mendesak. Program "Masih Sehat" (Rumah Lansia Sehat dan Bermartabat) dikembangkan sebagai solusi untuk memberdayakan remaja putus sekolah dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan perawatan lansia berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Menilai efektivitas program "Masih Sehat" dalam meningkatkan keterampilan remaja putus sekolah dalam perawatan lansia dan memberikan dampak sosial yang positif di Desa Tulungrejo. Program ini dilaksanakan selama enam bulan di Desa Tulungrejo, menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan berbasis komunitas. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi dan rekrutmen, penyusunan modul, pelatihan kesehatan lansia, dan evaluasi keterampilan melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Program ini meningkatkan keterampilan remaja dalam perawatan lansia, khususnya dalam pengukuran tekanan darah, glukosa darah, dan teknik komunikasi empatik yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Data menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan perawatan lansia sebesar 80% setelah pelatihan, dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dasar mencapai 70%. Program "Masih Sehat" berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dan rasa tanggung jawab sosial remaja putus sekolah, sekaligus memenuhi kebutuhan perawatan lansia di pedesaan. ABSTRACT Indonesia is experiencing a significant increase in the elderly population, particularly in rural areas such as Tulungrejo Village, Batu City, where elderly care services face challenges in meeting the growing demand. Additionally, the dropout rate among rural youth is an urgent social issue. The "Masih Sehat" program (Healthy and Dignified Elderly Home) was developed as a solution to empower school dropouts by providing skills training in elderly care based on Islamic values. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Masih Sehat" program in enhancing the elderly care skills of school dropouts and creating a positive social impact in Tulungrejo Village. This six-month program in Tulungrejo Village applied a community-based training approach. The implementation stages included socialization and recruitment, module preparation, elderly health training, and skill evaluation through observation and questionnaires. The program improved youth skills in elderly care, particularly in blood pressure and glucose level measurement, as well as in empathetic communication techniques aligned with Islamic values. Data showed an 80% improvement in elderly care skills post-training, with a 70% increase in basic knowledge. The "Masih Sehat" program successfully enhanced the skills and social responsibility of school dropouts while addressing the need for elderly care in rural areas.
