Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the personality and character of students. Knowledge management is a key component in education aimed at enhancing human resource quality. However, implementing knowledge management can be challenging in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the knowledge management system at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta using the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization). This research adopts a qualitative approach with a field study methodology. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observations involving the principal, educators, vice principals, teachers, students, and the school's social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. To ensure data validity, qualitative descriptive analysis was applied. The findings indicate that SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta has implemented a knowledge management system within its curriculum, but it is not yet fully effective. The school employs two curricula: the Merdeka Curriculum and the K13 Curriculum, each tailored to the needs of the students. Key challenges include human resources, infrastructure, budget, and technology. Through the application of the SECI model, knowledge management has proven to be beneficial in generating new knowledge and improving the quality of education in the institution. This study concludes that optimizing knowledge management using the SECI model can enhance both the quality of education and the overall knowledge management system at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. This is achieved through the principal’s delegation of tasks and the provision of training to educators, aimed at enhancing their technological skills and teaching methodologies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar di SD Negeri 02 Gempolan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Lokasi ini dipilih karena Karanganyar menjadi daerah dengan tingkat partisipasi pendidikan terbesar kedua Jawa Tengah di tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di SD Negeri 02 Gempolan. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan SD Negeri 02 Gempolan telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka secara bertahap dari tahun 2022, dan pada semester ganjil 2023 semua kelas kecuali kelas tiga dan enam telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Proses internalisasi moderasi beragama melalui budaya sekolah dilakukan dengan menerapkan tiga cara yaitu: integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama ke dalam mata pelajaran keterkaitan, menjalankan kegiatan penguatan berbagai agenda moderasi beragama, serta menerapkan insersi moderasi keberagamaan melalui kegiatan pembiasaan. Integrasi ke dalam mata pelajaran yang masih terkait tersebut dilakukan dengan menyisipkan materi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti, mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, serta mata pelajaran Ilmu Pendidikan Alam dan Sosial. Penguatan agenda moderasi beragama dengan upaya menerapkan kegiatan hafalan ayat Al-Qur’an secara berkelompok, melakukan kegiatan pesantren kilat. Insersi melalui pembiasaan dijalankan kegiatan pembiasaan kegiatan sholat dhuha berjamaah, pengucapan salam ketika masuk maupun keluar kelas, menyapa teman baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas.

Abstract

The tradition of Grebeg Maulid in Yogyakarta plays a significant role within Indonesian Musim society. It is not just a cultural identity with significances of religiosity, but also a multifaceted socio-economic phenomenon. The aim of this study is to explore how the Muslim society perceives this heritage, specifically within the socio-economic context. The study employed qualitative research methodology, utilizing observation and interviews to collect data from informants who are actively engaged in the practice. The findings indicated that Grebeg Maulid serves not only as a platform for religious expression, but also as a catalyst for economic endeavors and touristic aspects. Its economic impacts are clearly identified through the numerous business transactions that take place during the event, providing a boost to the local tourism industry. However, the commercialization of this tradition has changed its meaning, with economic values overshadowing its religious significance. In a nutshell, the significance of Grebeg Maulid has undergone a significant change within Javanese Muslim culture. It has evolved beyond being solely a celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birth and now serves as a hub for tourism and commercial endeavors in the community. Tradisi Grebeg Maulid di Yogyakarta dalam kehidupan masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia, tidak hanya sebagai simbol budaya dengan makna religius, tetapi juga sebagai fenomena sosial ekonomi yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pemaknaan masyarakat Muslim terhadap tradisi ini, khususnya dalam konteks sosial ekonomi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, adapun pengumpulan data melalui proses observasi dan wawancara dengan informan yang terlibat dalam tradisi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Grebeg Maulid tidak hanya menjadi sarana untuk mengekspresikan keberagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk aktivitas ekonomi dan pariwisata. Dimensi ekonomi dalam tradisi ini tercermin dalam bentuk transaksi ekonomi yang terjadi selama acara dan memberi dampak positif terhadap industri pariwisata setempat. Meskipun demikian, keberadaan dimensi ekonomi ini telah menggeser makna sakralitas tradisi tersebut, kebutuhan akan nilai ekonomi menjadi lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan makna religious yang melekat dalam tradisi Grebeg Maulud. Dengan kata lain, Grebeg Maulid telah mengalami transformasi makna yang signifikan bagi masyarakat Muslim Jawa, tidak lagi hanya sebagai pengingat kelahiran Nabi Muhammad, tetapi juga sebagai objek wisata dan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

A teacher is an important part of the world of education. For this reason, the teacher must have expertise in the teaching field. One of the skills needed by a teacher is about the personality of a teacher who is right. But today there are still teachers who have not been able to make new breakthroughs and prefer to apply traditional learning. This is one of the causes of education in our country problematic. Seeing this is considered necessary to provide an evaluation in the field of education. In Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati is explained that not everyone can become a teacher. This study analyzed the requirement to become a teacher in Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati. By using the literature study method, researchers concluded that a teacher in the Java world was a reflection of a king. He had a big influence on his followers. Javanese philosophy states that not everyone can become king, only the elected person can be king. Nevertheless, it can still be fought by  Laku Brata. Equally with the teacher, not everyone can immediately become a teacher. There are conditions for being a teacher. In Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati mentioned that there are eight things that make people deserve to be a teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to trace the forms of hyperreality that occur in generation Z and analyze the position of religion in addressing generation Z's problems. This research is motivated by the social changes of the generation Z. As a generation born and grows in the digital age, often generation Z chooses "life" in the social media world by prioritizing brands. The impact that will be caused by this hypperreality world is a consumptive generation. The data collection method in this study uses the documentation method. From the results of the study it was found that the form of hyperreality that occurred in generation Z included in the world of fashion they prioritized the name of the brand. The name of the brand plays an important role in constructing people's views on them. Besides that, other forms of hyperreality among generation Z are that they use social media as primary needs. Social media actually becomes a place where the young world is. In such conditions religion has a central role as a guide for generation Z to not be compatible and excessive in living life.
