Abstract

The best tool for keeping an eye on an institution's performance is the Balanced Scorecard. similar to the workshop that was conducted at Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh University, which was established in 2022 as a result of the union of four distinct establishments. Every organization has work that has to be done seriously: employee performance. The purpose of the balanced scorecard implementation workshop is to bring all staff members' goals together so they can support the university's ambitious performance and aspirations. This activity uses a Balanced Scorecard implementation technique, which is related to the goals, strategies, and targets specified through four (four) stages: program socialization, training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The ideas that each participant in this activity put forth to work together to further Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh University inspired excitement

Abstract

Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap kekerasan, termasuk kekerasan seksual, karena keterbatasan dalam memahami konsep tubuh pribadi dan menyampaikan penolakan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi perlindungan diri kepada ABK di SLB Negeri Bireuen melalui pendekatan yang sederhana dan menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, aktivitas mewarnai kartun tubuh, dan permainan kartu bergambar salah-benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu mengenali bagian tubuh pribadi, membedakan sentuhan aman dan tidak aman, serta menyebutkan langkah sederhana untuk melindungi diri. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi perlindungan diri dapat disampaikan secara adaptif dan inklusif kepada ABK, dengan melibatkan guru dan orang tua sebagai bagian penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan edukasi.

Abstract

When corruption is mentioned in the news, nearly everyone in society pays attention. The media exerts the most power on how the subtleties of news building are enjoyed by the audience. Will the audience accept what is presented or the other way around. This article analyzes how Robert Entman constructed the news stories about the corruption case involving Johnny G. Plate, the minister of communication and information technology, and Surya Paloh, the National Democratic political party's secretary general, that appeared on the Tempo.co and Metro TV YouTube channels. Robert Entman's four framing arrangements came to the conclusion that because Tempo.co and Metro TV reported in divergent ways, the framing research was finally fully conclusive.
