Abstract

Abstract: The increasing violence against women makes the issue of gender will continue to be interesting to study. The forms of violence committed against women are also increasingly diverse, one of which is non-physical violence through the news media. Women are often treated unfairly and even harassed their dignity in news discourse. This paper will describe the styles of two media that are quite popular in Indonesia, namely Detik.com and Media Indonesia in constructing news about the hot video of artist Gisella Anastasia. Then the discourse construction will be analyzed using Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis. Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis will analyze the discourse building holistically which includes the position of the subject-object and also the position of the writer-reader in the news. The results of the study reveal that the position of the subject and the author is dominated by men to convince the public that women are the cause of the hot video case. The tendentious narratives aimed at women by the two media in constructing discourse further exacerbate the framing inherent in women. Keywords: Gisella Anastasia, Sara Mills Critical Discourse Analysis, Sara Mills Critical Discourse Analysis Abstrak: Meningkatknya kekerasan pada perempuan membuat isu tentang gender akan terus menarik untuk dikaji. Bentuk kekerasan yang dilakukan pada perempuan juga semakin beragam, salah satunya kekerasan non fisik lewat media pemberitaan. Perempuan kerap diperlakukan tidak adil bahkan dilecehkan martabatnya dalam pewacanaan berita. Tulisan ini akan menguraikan gaya dua media yang cukup populer di Indonesia yaitu Detik.com dan Media Indonesia dalam mengkonstruksikan berita tentang video panas artis Gisella Anastasia. Kemudian konstruksi wacana akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis wacana kritis Sara Mills. Analisis wacana kritis Sara Mills akan menganalisa bangunan wacana secara holistik yang meliputi posisi subjek-objek dan juga posisi penulis-pembaca dalam pemberitaan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan posisi subjek maupun penulis dikuasai oleh laki-laki untuk meyakinkan publik bahwa perempuan sebagai penyebab terjadinya kasus video panas. Narasi tendensius yang ditujukan bagi perempuan oleh kedua media dalam mengkonstruksikan wacana semakin memperburuk framing yang melekat pada perempuan. Abstract

Cultural da'wah is the answer to the question of the da'wah model for the condition of a pluralistic Indonesian society. Da'wah that pays attention to the potential and ability of the target of da'wah produces much better output, of course. A preacher named Tengku Nasruddin developed a model of cultural da'wah in the Gayo community in the central part of Aceh. Tengku Nasruddin moves and innovates to develop the ability to understand the Al Quran until finally giving birth to students with brilliant achievements. This paper will try to review how the da'wah carried out by Tengku Nasruddin in the Gayo tribal community, the role of Tengku Nasruddin in the midst of society and the challenges of the da'i in developing the da'wah perspective of Tengku Nasruddin. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach to involve interpretation and a natural approach to the subject matter. It was found that the development of Tengku Nasruddin's cultural da'wah in the Gayo community emphasizes noble values by not coercing, and respecting the understanding of the target of da'wah until finally the message of goodness can be received.

Abstract

The best tool for keeping an eye on an institution's performance is the Balanced Scorecard. similar to the workshop that was conducted at Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh University, which was established in 2022 as a result of the union of four distinct establishments. Every organization has work that has to be done seriously: employee performance. The purpose of the balanced scorecard implementation workshop is to bring all staff members' goals together so they can support the university's ambitious performance and aspirations. This activity uses a Balanced Scorecard implementation technique, which is related to the goals, strategies, and targets specified through four (four) stages: program socialization, training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The ideas that each participant in this activity put forth to work together to further Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh University inspired excitement

Abstract

This research seeks to study and explore the thoughts of one of the great Islamic scholars from Indonesia, Sheikh Nawawi Al Bantani. His works and thoughts on Islamic education are still being studied to improve and develop Islamic education in Indonesia. Among his thoughts that can be relevant is strengthening the formation of students' character to face the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology. This research is included in the type of library research  by using a descriptive analysis approach to describe the real situation that is currently occurring, then the collected data is then processed according to existing procedures. So as to produce the idea of Sheikh Nawawi's thoughts that are useful and can be used, especially in the world of Islamic education in an effort to shape the character of students. The results of the study show that overall almost all aspects of Islamic educational thought initiated by Sheikh Nawawi focus on character building. So that his thoughts are very relevant to be used today to face the flow of globalization and the advancement of science and technology

Abstract

Participatory development communication is a communication model that is adaptive to various social conditions of the community. One of them is the Bur Telege tourist park located in Hakim Bale Bujang village, Takengon city, Central Aceh. Bur Telege was established due to the local community's concerns about the high level of violations of Islamic law that occurred, the second reason being the difficulty of finding employment at this time. An interesting thing to study is of course because the Bur Telege tourist park is managed directly by the Village-Owned Enterprise BUMD which works together to find the best solution to the problems faced. This study will try to review how development communication is used to empower the local community. Four pillars were found until finally the empowerment model used can be stimulated. Starting from the preparation of the vision and mission of the Bur Telege tourist park, then continued with a common perception, promotion, education and motivation, then continued with the institutionalization stage, then entered the support mobilization stage and finally the action stage.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji pemikiran Imam Al-Ghazali dalam konteks komunikasi pendidikan Islam sebagai jalan menuju pembentukan insan kamil manusia paripurna yang berilmu, berakhlak, dan dekat dengan Allah SWT. Dalam perspektif Al-Ghazali, pendidikan tidak hanya sebatas transfer ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga merupakan proses transformasi jiwa yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai spiritual dan etika. Komunikasi dalam pendidikan Islam dipandang sebagai interaksi yang sarat makna antara pendidik dan peserta didik, yang tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai dan membentuk karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka terhadap karya-karya klasik Al-Ghazali, seperti Ihya’ Ulumuddin, dan didukung oleh literatur kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Ghazali menekankan pentingnya komunikasi yang bersifat etis, hikmah, dan penuh kasih sayang dalam proses pendidikan, serta pentingnya lingkungan pendidikan yang harmonis antara keluarga, lembaga, dan masyarakat. Keseluruhan gagasannya bertujuan mewujudkan insan kamil melalui sinergi antara ilmu, amal, dan akhlak mulia. Pemikiran ini sangat relevan untuk diterapkan dalam sistem pendidikan Islam kontemporer dalam rangka membentuk generasi yang cerdas secara intelektual, matang secara spiritual, dan unggul secara moral.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis Balanced Scorecard (BSC) di SD IT Muhammadiyah Bireuen sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas tata kelola tenaga pengajar. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah ketiadaan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang terstruktur serta disparitas kompetensi guru akibat latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyusunan sistem evaluasi kinerja, lokakarya penyusunan KPI, pelatihan pedagogi, uji coba sistem, implementasi dashboard kinerja, serta pelibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam dokumentasi dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan pimpinan sekolah merespons positif penerapan BSC, terbukti dengan keterlibatan aktif dalam penyusunan indikator kinerja dan pengisian dashboard evaluasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya pengukuran kinerja berbasis data dan memperkuat budaya mutu di lingkungan sekolah. Mahasiswa yang terlibat juga memperoleh pengalaman praktis dalam penerapan konsep manajemen strategis di lembaga pendidikan dasar. Dengan hasil ini, BSC dapat direplikasi di Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) lainnya sebagai instrumen pengukuran kinerja yang objektif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Japan and the values of inclusivity are inseparable. This article briefly describes the revolution of one of the developed countries. Japan is a prime example of a country that has used education to advance and prosper. This country has shown that sincerity and skill in overseeing the education system can change the situation of a country. Character education is a major component of the education system. Good character education will create a progressive, high-quality, and well-characterized society. A developed country can be easily built after society finds its quality. Independence is the milestone of human resource progress to give birth to breakthroughs in the latest innovations. Politeness is the spirit to continue to grow and continue the spirit of struggle. Exemplary behavior in appreciating differences to prioritizing tolerance as evidence of openness to progress. A high work ethic to finally loving tradition is used as capital to continue to contribute to advancing the country. The values of inclusivity reflected in Japan are by continuing to maintain the values of character education
