Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior Program in schools push students, teachers, and society environment school For do pattern life Healthy For create healthy school. This program reach objective For give experience Study or create condition for individual, family, group and society with open track communication, giving information, and doing improving education knowledge , attitudes , and behavior. Many diseases are caused Because behavior life clean and healthy still not enough implemented in schools like Diarrhea , worms , filariasis, dengue fever and vomiting. Research result show that application Clean and Healthy Living Behavior at the elementary school level in the Medan City Health Center working area in October-December 2023 experienced fluctuations (fluctuating) or the value was not constant. Indicators that influence Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in schools Already appropriately improved Again For child conscious school will importance doing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior at school. Based on research use Time Series analysis using the Sequence Charts method can be concluded that elementary school level Clean and Healthy Living Behavior activities in the Medan City Health Center work area in October-December 2023 experienced fluctuations (up and down) or their values were not constant. Abstract

Masalah kenakalan remaja salah satu hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan, utamanya di Indonesia. Remaja yang berusia belasan tahun mulai memiliki keterlibatan pada kasus perkelahian, meminum minuman keras, seks bebas hingga penyalahgunaan NAPZA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran pengetahuan dan perilaku berisiko penyalahgunaan NAPZA pada remaja SMA Negeri 1 Salak Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Salak Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat dengan sampel sebanyak 207 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan Google Form. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah secara manual lalu dianalisis secara univariat menggunakan SPSS-20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 1 Salak tentang pengertian perilaku berisiko dan penyalahgunaan NAPZA kategori baik sebesar 71,5%; pengetahuan tentang dampak perilaku berisiko penyalahgunaan NAPZA kategori baik sebesar 69,6%; pengetahuan tentang faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi penyalahgunaan NAPZA kategori baik sebesar 74,4%; penerapan perilaku positif dibanding dengan perilaku berisiko penyalahgunaan NAPZA kategori baik sebesar 71,0%; dan interaksi keluarga siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 1 Salak dengan kategori baik sebesar 53,6%. Dengan adanya gambaran tingkat pengetahuan remaja dalam perilaku berisiko penyalagunaan NAPZA maka akan berdampak pada perilaku dari remaja itu sendiri karena pengetahuan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya sikap seseorang.

Abstract

Sexual violence in children has until now become a very concerning problem, deviation of sexual violence can occur in any circle. The impact of sexual abuse can torture children to suffer, emotions, depression, loss of appetite, children become introverts, insomnia, cannot focus at school, grades decrease, and even do not move up in class. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of health promotion with animated video media on knowledge and attitudes about preventing sexual violence. The total population was 220 and a sample of 40 students of elementary school 040484 and elementary school 040483 Payung, Kab, Karo using purposive sampling techniques. Method: Quasi Experimental Campbell Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis using Wilcoxonn test and Mann-Whitney test. Results: The results of the study averaged knowledge about the prevention of sexual violence in children in the video group were pretest (6.95), posttest (8.05), while in the power point group were pretest (8.55), posttest (9.05). The average results of attitudes about preventing sexual violence in children in the video group were pretest (29.45), posttest (35.15), while in the power point group were pretest (33.40), posttest (32.35). Conclusions: There was a difference in the increase in knowledge scores and attitudes about preventing sexual violence in children with animated video media and power points with (p < 0.05).
