Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Service Quality of Health Centre and elderly patient satisfaction at Gondanglegi Health Centre. This study is correlation analysis with cross sectional approach. The sample was taken by consecutive sampling technique with a sample was obtained 49 respondents. The data was collected by questionnaires and interviews. The data processing uses editing, coding, scoring and tabulating and statistical tests using Mann Whitney. The findings reveal that the quality of health services for the elderly at the Gondanglegi Health Centre in Malang Regency is almost half good. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of elderly patients is almost half of the satisfied patients. On the other hand, there is a relationship between the quality of health care services with the satisfaction of elderly patients at the Gondanglegi Public Health Centre.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between environmental knowledge and the attitude of housewives in Rusunawa Buring 1, Malang City, toward environmental cleanliness. This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study were all housewives in Rusunawa Buring 1 Malang City with a total of 326 people. The sample in this study were 77 housewives obtained through the Slovin formula. Sampling technique using random sampling technique to housewives both working and not working. The data collection technique used a test consisting of 22 questions for the X variable and a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions for the Y variable. The findings reveal that there is a significant influence of the influence of knowledge about the environment on the attitude of housewives in maintaining environmental cleanliness. Abstract

Kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga di wilayah Desa Bunder, Kecamatan Pademawu, Kabupaten Pamekasan melalui kegiatan pemanfaatan botol bekas sebagai pot tanam dan pelatihan budidaya sayuran secara mandiri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai bulan September sampai Oktober. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi, pelatihan, serta pendampingan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kesempatan kepada ibu rumah tangga untuk dapat menciptakan kebun sayur di rumah masing-masing sehingga dapat melaksanakan panen mandiri. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu rumah tangga senang dan antusias melakukan budidaya sayuran skala kecil di pekarangan rumah masing-masing. Ibu-ibu mulai rajin memilah sampah sehingga botol-botol bekas dapat dimanfaatkan. Sayuran yang telah ditanam di pot botol bekas juga rajin disiram dan dirawat.
