Abstract

The research aims to improve student learning outcomes by implementing teaching materials for geographical characteristics and the utilization of the potential of the Madura coast based on a scientific approach for elementary students. The subjects of this study were 24 4th grade students at SDN Tlanakan 1 Pamekasan. The method used is pre-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design. The research instrument used a cognitive learning outcome evaluation sheet. Furthermore, the data on student learning outcomes was tested for normality and homogeneity. Based on the results of normality analysis, it is known that the significance value in the pre-test and post-test is 0.081, and the degree of homogeneity is 0.073. After the data is known to be normal and homogeneous, it is tested using the t test with paired samples. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that there is a difference between the pre-test and post-test values with a t-count value of -24.920 (the negative sign is not taken into account), which is greater than the t-table 2.069. The percentage of classical completeness also shows an increase in learning outcomes from the pre-test with a value of 0% to the post-test with a value of 87.5%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that teaching materials are effective for improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Sexual violence can occur anywhere and anytime. It can cause the victim to have prolonged trauma. This article aimed to examine the experiences of victims or survivors of sexual violence and to find out the healing process they carried out. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach by interviewing 377 respondents. According to the findings of this study, sexual violence has various impacts on victims, including shame, low self-esteem, feelings of inferiority, and a desire to retaliate against the perpetrator. Fears that arise as a result of sexual violence include the fear of getting pregnant, contracting sexually transmitted diseases, sin, and feeling inferior. As a healing process, the victims engaged in a variety of activities ranging from worship to favorite activities to reduce trauma. This study concludes that the healing process is significant for victims, with the aim of accelerating both physical and psychological recovery.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan literasi membaca yang dilaksanakan di sekolah SDN Tunjung 4 yang terletak di Desa Tunjung, Kecamatan Burneh, Kabupaten Bangkalan dengan acuan buku panduan GLS yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Kemendikbud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif, dimana dengan metode ini dapat memperoleh informasi atau sumber yang dibutuhkan tentang pembiasaan literasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan  siswa kelas I dan siswa kelas V, tetapi siswa tidak diambil secara keseluruhan melainkan hanya beberapa yang akan digunakan untuk proses penelitian yang dilakukan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik interaktif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 4 siswa yaitu 2 siswa kelas 1 dan 2 siswa kelas V. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan di sekolah dalam jangka waktu yang tidak ditentukan hingga mendapatkan data yang jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan literasi membaca di sekolah SDN Tunjung 4 sudah sejalan dengan buku panduan GLS (Gerakan Literasi Sekolah), hal ini dilihat dari buku yang dibaca, waktu yang digunakan, durasi membaca, cara membaca, tahapan pelaksanaan literasi dan lokasi membaca sesuai dengan buku panduan. Selain itu di dukung juga dengan terlaksana nya literasi membaca di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui karangan cerita pendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek yang diguanakan siswa kelas 5C dengan partisipan 10 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Orisinalitas, dalam menulis cerita pendek siswa memenuhi keriteria orisinalitas yaitu judul dan isi. Judul karangan cerita pendek siswa memiliki judul yang berbeda-beda dengan teman nya yang lain. Sedangkan isi, secara umm terdapat kesamaan isi. Namun, isi karangan cerita pendek setiap siswa juga terdapat perbedaan. 2) Elaborasi, dalam menulis cerita pendek siswa dapat mengembangkan karangan cerita pendek. Siswa menulis karangan cerita pendek berdasarkan pengalaman nya sendiri. 3) Kelancaran, dalam menulis cerita pendek siswa tidak memnuhi kriteria dalam unsur cerita pendek yaitu menulis cerita pendek dengan minimal 500 kata. Sedangkan siswa hanya mampu menulis karangan cerita pendek dengan 200-400 kata. Menulis karangan cerita pendek siswa terdapat dari 10 siswa hanya 8 yang mampu menyelesaikan cerita pendek 4) Fleksibilitas, siswa dalam menulis karangan cerita pendek bervariasi. Kata-kata yang digunakan dalam karangan cerita pendek sederhana Akan tetapi, terdapat kesalahan dalam penulisan. Cerita pendek siswa berdasarkan pengalaman siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakter mandiri melalui kegiatan cooking class di SD Islam Asy-Syarif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III di SD Islam Asy Syarif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 2 siswa yakni laki-laki dan perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Cooking class diadakan di SD Islam Asy Syarif setiap sua minggu sekali di hari Jumat oleh siswa kelas III bertujuan untuk membentuk kemandirian siswa; 2) Kegiatan cooking class memunculkan beberapa indikator kemandirian yakni bertanggung jawab, cinta ilmu, percaya diri dan kerja keras. Terdapat perbedaan antara subjek laki-laki dan perempuan pada indikator bertanggung jawab yakni subjek perempuan tidak membawa alat yang diminta guru dan percaya diri yakni subjek laki-laki tidak bersikap tenang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the condition of the library as a learning resource at UPTD SD Negeri Kamal 1. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research were the principal, librarian, teachers and students at UPTD SD Negeri Kamal 1. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 8 people, namely the principal, library guard, 2 teachers in grades 1 and 4, 4 students in grades 1, 2, 4, 5. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research show that: 1) the condition of the library at UPTD SD Negeri Kamal 1 is quite good, equipped with facilities and infrastructure such as a library room, strategically located, there are tables, chairs, books, etc; 2) the obstacles faced in utilizing the library as a learning resource, namely the book collection is not yet up to date, there are no permanent library staff, lack of library facilities; 3) efforts made by the school, namely empowering existing books, collaborating with other parties, and frequently holding mobile libraries.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the discipline characteristics of fifth-grade students at SDN Banyuajuh 2 during the scout extracurricular activities with marching rules material. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects used are fifth-grade students. Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling. The research sample consists of 6 fifth-grade students. Data collection methods include observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The research findings are as follows: In terms of punctuality, students depart on time for scout exercises and school, as observed with all students being punctual both when going to school and during scout exercises. The students perform tasks given by the scout leader promptly. During the marching rules exercises, all students carry out the given tasks from the leader, such as following th commands related to marching rules, correctly and on time. Regarding adherence to rules, students comply with school regulations, as observed with all students adhering to school rules. This is evident from students attending classes on time and participating well. Students also contribute to maintaining environmental cleanliness by participating in cleanliness duties and disposing of waste properly. Additionally, students follow the commands of the scout leader and exhibit perfect behavior when receiving the "ready" command during the execution of marching rules exercises. In terms of wearing the prescribed uniform, including the scout uniform, scout hat, scout neckerchief, appropriate grade-specific accessories, belt, and black socks, all observed students, except for one (EF), adhere to the uniform regulations during scout exercises. The exception is student ef, who wears white socks during the second day of scout exercise observations

Abstract

This research aims to determine the sub-elements of religious morals in the profile of Pancasila students at UPTD SDN Demangan 1 Bangkalan. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is students in grades III and IV. Sampling used nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. The sample for this research consisted of 177 students. Data collected using a questionnaire. The results of this research show that religious morals form the character profile of Pancasila students in elementary school students, namely the highest number in the sub-element of knowing and loving God Almighty, namely 762 (86.591%). The highest number in the sub-element of understanding religion/belief was 842 (93.636%). The highest number in the Ritual implementation sub-element was 801 (91.023%).

Abstract

Integrating cultural literacy into education is essential for creating an inclusive, equitable, and effective learning environment. Cultural literacy can be brought into learning by combining it with regional potential, such as the existence of the Sumenep Palace Museum. This research uses mixed methods research. This research was conducted in Sumenep Regency. The subjects of this research were the Sumenep Palace Museum, teachers, and 60 students of Pandian 1 State Primary School. The research results show that the Sumenep Palace Museum has the potential to be used as content for social science learning in primary schools. Both teachers and students understand the potential of the Sumenep Palace Museum so that it can become a basis for contextual learning that prioritizes local and national culture. Social science material in primary schools can be integrated with the potential of the Sumenep Palace Museum.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the profile of Pancasila students, the sub-element of self-discipline in Scout extracurriculars for grade 4 students. This research used descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects used were grade 4 students. The sampling used non-probability sampling. The research sample was 3 students, with the consideration that the students’ scout grades were good and sufficient. Data collection using observation sheets, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that Students had a self-disciplined attitude in the process of Scout extracurricular activities, Students were able to organize themselves independently regarding the data before the Scout activity started, Students wore scout uniforms carrying sticks, ropes according to the needs of the learning process, students were able to organize themselves to be orderly when scouting activities take place, Students also carry out activities or tasks that have been agreed upon independently, Students are able to pray according to the agreed habits, follow instructions from their senior mentor, carry out the tasks given independently to their part during the task of making scouts in groups. For students in the sufficient category, the appear in all activities except for the practice of making a stretcher which is still needed.
