Abstract

Teaching and learning activities, which are the learning process, are the main thing, which means that the success or failure of achieving learning objectives depends on how the teaching and learning process is designed and carried out. The current education system is still concerned with academic aspects alone. Whereas education should develop the potential of students comprehensively. Intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence need to be developed together. The research aims to find out the relationship between peer association and student learning motivation. The research design used in this study uses a quantitative research approach with a correlational descriptive method. The results showed that the variable X1 (Peers) had a beta coefficient value of 0.783 with a significance value of 0.000. based on these results it can be seen that peers (X1) have a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Babat indicated by a sig value <0.05 (0.000).

Abstract

Family, community and government, through guidance, teaching, and training activities, which take place in school and out of school for life, the aim is to be able to help in life and improve and optimize their potential and talents. The study aims to determine how the condition of Islamic religious education and moral formation in students at SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya. The research design uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive correlational method. The results of this study found that the results of the simple linear regression test have proven that there is an influence between Islamic religious education and student character using the results of calculations that have been made to get a linear regression value Y = 49.116 + 0.108X1 + e, sig. Level 0.000 <0.05 (alpha value), the conclusion is that there is an influence between Islamic religious education and student character and the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.782. This means that 78.2% of student character formation variables can be explained by the influence of Islamic religious education while the remaining 28.2% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai upaya penguatan akhlak melalui kegiatan muhadharah di Pondok Pesantren Entrepreneur Muhammadiyah Gresik. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan jumlah penduduk muslim terbanyak di dunia semestinya dilandasi dengan nilai yang bersumber pada agama Islam, yang diharapkan dapat membentengi anak dalam menghindari pelanggaran moral sehingga dapat tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang berakhlak mulia. Maka dengan adanya program kegiatan muhadharah diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi lunturnya akhlak pada santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses penguatan akhlak pada santri melalui kegiatan muhadharah serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi ke lokasi dan melakukan wawancara dengan pembimbing kegiatan muhadharah. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil upaya penguatan akhlak terhadap santri melalui kegiatan muhadharah dari pemahaman, pembiasaan dan teladan yang baik untuk membantu meningkatan akhlak santri dikehidupan sehari-hari. Penguatan akhlak pada diri santri terbentuk karena pelatihan secara berkelanjutan dan diterapkan dikehidupan para santri dan di lingkungan masyarakat

Abstract

Metode kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dapat diaplikasikan salah satunya adalah metode diskusi. Riset menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan, tanya jawab serta dokumentasi.  Metode analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran PAI dengan penentuan metode diskusi dapat menolong peserta didik dalam berasumsi kritis serta sistematis, mengambil keputusan sesuatu masalah serta melatih diri agar senantiasa berasumsi positif dalam menghormati opini dari orang lain. Dengan mempraktikkan metode diskusi peserta didik yang awal mulanya mempunyai kesusahan dalam berlatih menjadi termotivasi. Pelaksanaan metode diskusi dapat memberikan manfaat untuk peserta didik agar lebih aktif dalam mengikuti aktivitas kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Keterampilan tambahan perlu diberika kepada guru seperti keterampilan konseptual dan prosedural, penyelidikan, logika dan mantik. Semua keterampilan dan kompetensi ini memberdayakan kredibilitas dan kapasitas guru yang secara konsisten dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis tingkat tinggi

Abstract

This article is the result of field research related to the principal's role in empowering educators. The research was backed by anxiety, the idea that, the principal's role is reduced to the role of administrators, managers, and supervisors of the programs launched in educational institutions. In fact, should be, the role of the principal is more comprehensive terminology theoretically framed. The important thing is, a school principal should be able to cultivate the effectiveness of the planned program, innovative in taking decisions, as well as efficient in terms of time management. All this must be internalized within the principal. In order, any programs that have been proposed could be implemented carefully. This research, qualitative research shaped by the content analysis model. In conclusion, the results of this study revealed that, discipline, collective colegial, and build a culture that is professional, the key to success leadership in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya. Without the need to separate when the principal role as administrator, leader, manager, and supervisor.
