Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) Terhadap Profitabilitas Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Bukopin Syariah Periode 2013-2022 baik dalam secara parsial ataupun simultan. Pada penilitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sampel yang digunakan ialah purpose sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda dengan melalui olah data software IBM SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa BOPO  berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas ROA dengan nilai t hitung  < t tabel ( -2,749 < 1,980 ) dengan nilai sig (0,007 > α 0,005) sedangkan untuk FDR tidak ada pengaruh terhadap ROA dengan nilai t hitung < t tabel  (0,622 < 1,980) dengan nilai sig ( 0,535) >α (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berpengaruh secara signifikan, BOPO berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, FDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this service is specifically in the mountain tourism industry and the manufacture of Samiler crackers in Kedungudi, micro businesses are enhanced by empowerment. The service method used is to increase added value, product and process development to encourage innovation in the process of making Samiler crackers. identify and create attractive and sustainable mountain tourism packages. This dedication produces micro-entrepreneurs who have greater capacity and better skills in management, production and marketing. And the resulting essence in the form of environmental destruction prioritizes sustainable product practices in production and mountain tourism, maintaining the balance of the local ecosystem. disturb the environment maintain the balance of the local ecosystem by using sustainable products when creating and developing mountain tourism. Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain: 1) The influence of work motivation on the performance of East Kutai Regency driving teachers, 2) The influence of self-efficacy on the performance of East Kutai Regency driving teachers, 3) The influence of resilience on the performance of East Kutai Regency driving teachers, 4) The influence of work motivation on the resilience of driving teachers in East Kutai Regency, 5) The influence of self-efficacy on the resilience of driving teachers in East Kutai Regency, 6) The indirect influence of work motivation on performance through the resilience of driving teachers in East Kutai Regency, and 7) The indirect influence of self-efficacy on the performance of driving teachers through resilience in East Kutai Regency. Type of quantitative research. The research population was school principals and driving teachers for Classes 5, 7 and 8 in East Kutai Regency. The sampling method used proportional sampling of 20 school principals and 51 teachers. Results Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Work motivation has a direct positive effect on the performance of teachers in East Kutai Regency. 2) Self-efficacy has a direct positive effect on the performance of East Kutai Regency driving teachers. 3) Teacher resilience has a direct positive effect on the performance of teachers in East Kutai Regency. 4) Work motivation has a direct positive effect on the resilience of teachers driving East Kutai Regency. 5) Self-efficacy has a direct positive effect on the resilience of teachers driving East Kutai Regency. 6) There is a significant influence between work motivation and performance through the resilience of driving teachers in East Kutai Regency. 7) There is a significant influence between self-efficacy on the performance of driving teachers through resilience in East Kutai Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak positif program magang mahasiswa S2 Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Mulawarman di Universitas Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) Brunei Darussalam. Mencermati pemanfaatan sumber pendidikan terbuka yang telah dilakukan di UNISSA Brunai Darussalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan program Pendidikan ngumpulan data dilakukan secara sistematis dengan mengakses informasi dari berbagai sumber, seperti buku, jurnal, dan media elektronik yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Selain itu, penelitian ini melibatkan kunjungan observasi langsung ke UNISSA Brunei untuk memahami secara lebih mendalam topik yang dibahas dalam artikel ini. Analisis data menggunakan library research untuk menyusun pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang masalah yang diteliti. Hasil studi ini mencakup empat hal penting. Pertama, program magang memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang strategi pengajaran dan praktik terbaik di UNISSA. Kedua, melalui program ini, mahasiswa membangun jaringan akademik yang luas. Ketiga, mereka mengasah keterampilan interpersonal dan adaptasi budaya. Keempat, hasil magang melibatkan penerapan inovasi dalam pendidikan. Program magang ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk berkontribusi dalam pengembangan pendidikan.
