Abstract

This policy paper explains that Aceh Province has special characteristics compared to other provinces in Indonesia, namely in terms of regional regulation, social life, and culture. However, the existence of these special characteristics has a negative impact on the low KUB index and religious moderation. Thus, an analysis is needed to solve this problem. The analysis method used to solve the problem is qualitative and the data will be analyzed using SWOT as a basis for using potential as a resource in solving the problem. The results of the analysis reveal that: 1) There is no need to make changes to the indicators of the religious harmony index in Aceh Province if the development of religious moderation has been implemented optimally, namely by maximizing the role of actors of religious harmony, budget, and managerial in the development of religious moderation; 2) The development of religious moderation is carried out by using the potential of existing strengths as supporters to create religious harmony in the application of religious moderation. The conclusion is that the development of religious moderation can be carried out by accommodating the special characteristics and characteristics of the region.

Abstract

The franchise industry, especially in Indonesia, has grown rapidly in the last few decades. Many local and international franchises compete, causing competitiveness. However, franchise organizations must adopt more innovative and adaptive strategies to maintain their competitiveness. The team carried out activities to find out the competitiveness strategies that have been implemented by partners, namely Meer Convenience Store and Foresthree Coffee as well as the obstacles experienced in implementing change management. The obstacles experienced by partners are resistance to change, lack of effective communication, limited resources, lack of expertise in change management, strong organizational culture that is closed to change, lack of evaluation and monitoring of the change process. With the various obstacles experienced, there is a need for a collaborative change management strategy. In this way, it is hoped that Meer Convenience Store and Foresthree Coffee Muaro Padang will not only be able to survive in a competitive market, but also develop into market leaders who are able to respond to changes quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset for the success of a company, especially in a competitive automotive sector such as Sentral Yamaha Padang. Facing the challenges of market competition and changes in consumer behavior, companies are required to develop comprehensive and innovative HR strategies. Sentral Yamaha Padang faces significant problems in the form of budget constraints, inadequate employee mapping, work culture and others. This condition indicates a gap in the HR management system that requires strategic and sustainable solutions. This activity aims to analyze effective HR strategy planning and development in improving employee performance at Sentral Yamaha Padang, as well as reviewing the implementation of a technology-based workforce optimization system to create a productive and competitive work environment. The activity was carried out using an interview and observation approach involving selected managers and employees. The implementation of HR planning and development strategies in the form of ongoing training programs, performance-based reward systems, clear communication, motivating employees and maintaining work-life balance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran advokat sebagai penegak keadilan serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan analisis kualitatif terhadap berbagai sumber hukum, doktrin, dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa advokat berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai pendamping hukum tetapi juga sebagai penjaga hak asasi manusia dan pemberi akses terhadap keadilan. Namun, dalam praktiknya, advokat dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap masyarakat kurang mampu, intervensi pihak tertentu, serta tuntutan profesionalisme yang tinggi. Kesimpulannya, advokat memegang peran penting dalam menjembatani keadilan substantif dengan keadilan formal, meskipun masih diperlukan pembenahan dalam aspek etika profesi, kebijakan hukum, dan aksesibilitas jasa hukum.

Abstract

Zakat is a worship that contains of two dimensions are dimension of hablum minallah or vertical domension and dimension of hablumminannas or horizontal dimension. If we do the zakat worship well, our faith quality will be increas, cleaning our heart, developing and blessing the treasure we have. When the treasure can be managed and mandate well, zakat is able to increas the people well being, ethos and work ethics, and as economic tightening institution. The golden age of Islam, zakat has opened hardly for increasing the people well-being. Zakat is managed very well and distribution aqually until to the right place.
