Abstract

Internships have a correlation with children's independence. Independence is the process of trusting children to be responsible for themselves. Independence can be reflected in the way of thinking, acting and guiding the world of education today, where knowledge must be followed by skills so that children can grow and develop independently. This research explores further related to child internship programs that can form children's independence. This research approach uses qualitative methods, with three research subjects. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive. The results of the study indicate that the apprenticeship learning process is indicated to be able to strengthen the learning culture that has been obtained by the child. This refers to the responses of the three subjects who answered that the internship culture was in accordance with the child's learning culture. The cultural harmony received by the child will make it easier for the child to assess the usefulness of the educational process for the child. Overall, the apprenticeship learning process has changed the aspects of the educational value applied to children. The results of the parents' assessment of the children participating in the internship program are that the children feel comfortable and are not burdened with participating in the internship. So that the independence process is well formed through the internship program.

Abstract

Eco-enzym merupakan sejenis senyawa organik. Eco-enzym merupakan cairan kompleks yang dihasilkan dari fermentasi limbah dapur seperti sayuran dan kulit buah-buahan. kebahagiaan merupakan kualitas dari keseluruhan hidup manusia yang membuat kehidupan menjadi lebih harmonis, keseluruhan hidup tersebut adalah kesehatan yang baik, kreativitas yang tnggi, pendapatan yang bagus dan tempat kerja yang baik. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran keberhasilan pembuatan dan pemanfaatan eco-enzyme terhadap kebahagiaan masyarakat dan Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan masyarakat dalam keberhasilan pembuatan dan pemanfaatan eco-enzyme. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah lima orang. Analisis data menggunakan deskriktif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat yang telah berhasil membuat eco enzyme memiliki kebahagian yang sangat baik karena mereka telah berhasil memaksimalkan menggunakan sisa hasil organik dengan sangat maksimal. Beberapa factor kebahagian yang muncul adalah hubungan yang harmonis dengan pasangan, lingkungan yang kondusif, produktivitas dalam bekerja, kesehatan yang baik, komunitas yang saling terkait, dan factor lain yang muncul dalam pembuatan eco enzyme adalah factor ekonomi, hal ini karena responden berhasil menekan biaya operasioanl rumah tangga semenjak membuat dan menggunakan eco enzyme.

Abstract

 Speech delay is disorder that attacks the speech organs so that speech delays occur in children who have entered the speaking up. Speech delay disorder is seen as a disorder that most often affects children. The reasons for this disturbance also, starting from internal and external factor. Internal factors are more concerned with the physiological condition of the child. It is likely that the child has a disorder that he carries from birth. The external factors can be obtained environment and play. Verbal Behavior was introduced by Skinner where research on verbal behavior began in 1935, verbal behavior aims to apply language skill that children have, with a richer language vocabulary of communication for children with their environment. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of the verbal behavior method (ABA-VB) which is applied to children with speech delay disorder at Bintang Kecil therapy center. The research location is at Bintang Kecil therapy center, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This study uses experimental techniques the one group pretest posttest with single research subject (SSR), which is an approach that provides treatment to one research group using only one research subject, then the result will be calculated the difference. The treatment uses is to provide the ABA-VB method treatment. This research analysis uses descriptive statistics by using graphs to see changes in learning outcomes. The result of this study is that there is a significant increase in verbal ability in children with speech delay disorder. This research can be used as a reference for target subjects, and a support for the application of the ABA-VB method to children with speech delay disorder that are balanced with balance disorders in various theraphy center and special schools for children with special needs in Banda Aceh, Indonesia.
