Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and satisfaction toward consumers’ loyalty at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban branch of Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu. This  research used a qualitative method. The sample of this research was 105 consumers of PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban branch of Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu that taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data was collected by using instruments such as observation and questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Consumers’ Satisfication (X3) have a simultaneous effect toward Customers’ Loyalty (Y) at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban Branch Hulu Palik North Bengkulu. The results of regression equation analysis are as follows: Y = 0.689+ 0.237 (X_1) + 0.163 (X2) + 0.331 (X3). = 0.000 < 0.050), Product Quality, obtained tcount> ttable (3.284 > 1.98260) and (sig<α = 0.001<0.050), Consumers’ Satisfaction, obtained tcount>ttable (4.145 > 1.98260) and (sig<α = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that service quality, product quality, and consumers’ satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban, Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu. Keywords: Service quality, product quality, consumers’ satisfaction, consumers’ loyalty

Abstract

Masa transisi dari perguruan tinggi ke dunia kerja pada fresh graduate dihadapkan dengan tuntutan psikologis yaitu sulit bersaing dengan pencari kerja, sedikit lapangan pekerjaan, kurang memiliki mental yang kuat. Tingginya angka pengangguran, pengaruh AI menyebabkan persaingan dalam mencari pekerjaan. Adanya tuntutan tersebut menimbulkan fear of failure. Salah satu cara yang bisa mengurangi fear of failure yaitu grit. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh grit terhadap fear of failure pada fresh graduate di Universitas Negeri Padang yang mencari kerja. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini fresh graduate Universitas Negeri Padang yang mencai kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan memakai quota sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang disebarkan melalui Google Form. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa grit berpengaruh dengan terhadap fear of failure dengan nilai R square sebesar 10,3 dan p < 0.05 dengan arah hubungan positif. Artinya semakin tinggi grit maka semakin tinggi fear of failure.

Abstract

Academic Stress merupakan salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang paling sering dialami oleh siswa, terutama di sekolah berbasis agama yang menuntut pencapaian akademik dan spiritual secara bersamaan. Tekanan akademik yang berkelanjutan, beban tugas yang tinggi, dan ekspektasi dari lingkungan dapat menyebabkan kelelahan emosional serta penurunan motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi preventif seperti psikoedukasi untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas psikoedukasi manajemen stres holistik dalam menurunkan academic stress pada siswa kelas Takhassus di MAN 3 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group yang melibatkan 26 siswa sebagai partisipan. Program Psikoedukasi Manajemen Stres Holistik terdiri dari delapan sesi yang mengintegrasikan dimensi fisik, emosional, kognitif, dan spiritual. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Skala Stres Pendidikan untuk Remaja (Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents/ESSA). Hasil uji paired t-test menunjukkan penurunan tingkat stres akademik yang signifikan pada partisipan setelah intervensi (p < 0,05), sedangkan uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan efektivitas psikoedukasi holistik dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi, fleksibilitas kognitif, dan kesadaran spiritual (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen stres holistik dapat diterapkan sebagai strategi psikoedukasi preventif dalam program konseling sekolah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Student engagement is an important indicator of learning quality because it reflects students’ behavioral, emotional, and cognitive involvement in the learning process. Although student engagement has been widely discussed in previous studies, research specifically examining its relationship with academic rational belief among senior high school students remains limited. This study aims to analyze the relationship between academic rational belief and student engagement among eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 13 Padang. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, involving 356 eleventh-grade students selected using total sampling. Data were collected using the Student Engagement Scale and the Academic Rational Beliefs Scale, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality testing, linearity testing, and Pearson Product Moment correlation with the assistance of SPSS. The findings show that both student engagement and academic rational belief were generally in the moderate category. Correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between academic rational belief and student engagement, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.619 and a significance value of p < .001. These results indicate that students with higher academic rational belief tend to demonstrate higher engagement in learning activities. This study contributes to the development of student engagement literature by emphasizing academic rational belief as an internal cognitive factor associated with students’ learning involvement. Practically, the findings imply that schools, teachers, and counselors should strengthen students’ rational academic beliefs through counseling services, reflective learning activities, and adaptive learning strategies.
