Abstract

This article aims to investigate regional autonomy and education financing management in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, defined as a systematic literature review that is translated into Indonesian. This SLR method uses the PRISMA model. The results of this study show that education financing management affects the quality of school education. Financing management is a process of optimizing existing sources of funds, allocating available funds and distributing them as facilities or means of supporting the learning process so as to create an effective and efficient and much better learning process. To achieve good school quality, education costs must be managed optimally and maximally. Therefore, the stages of education financing management need to be considered and prioritized.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of curriculum management in enhancing the quality of education at SMPN 40 Surabaya. The research methodology employed a case study approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that effective curriculum management plays a crucial role in optimizing resource utilization, identifying learning needs, and measuring learning outcomes. With proficient curriculum management, schools can design more relevant and efficient teaching and learning processes, improve the quality of teaching by educators, and enhance student learning achievements. The results of this research provide valuable insights for SMPN 40 Surabaya and other educational institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of education by prioritizing effective curriculum management.

Abstract

Education is a conscious effort to create something hereditary and cultural from one generation to the next, forming a teaching model for previous generations. Educational institutions have the mandate of students in developing various skills of students, especially in improving social competence abilities in students. Social competence is the capacity to use cognitive and non-cognitive skills and talents to predict behavioral tendencies. This research was conducted at PAUD At TAdzkiroh using qualitative methods used to better understand the phenomena faced by research subjects. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews, while data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification were used. Early childhood social competence is important for social, emotional, and cognitive development, and educational institutions need to guide extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities are activities that take place outside of school or during school hours designed to encourage students, broaden their knowledge and skills, channel their talents and interests, and develop their personalities. They can also help children develop important social skills such as cooperation, communication, empathy, and problem-solving.Keywords: Education; Social Competence; Extracurricular

Abstract

School administration digitalization is an essential solution to enhance the efficiency and quality of educational management in the modern era. Yayasan Perintis Pendidik Nusa faces challenges in managing administration manually, which is often inefficient and prone to errors. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the program using descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through observations,structured interviews, surveys, and documentation. The results indicate that implementing digital administration successfully improved efficiency and accuracy in data management, such as student records, attendance, and document numbering.
