Abstract

This article aims to investigate regional autonomy and education financing management in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, defined as a systematic literature review that is translated into Indonesian. This SLR method uses the PRISMA model. The results of this study show that education financing management affects the quality of school education. Financing management is a process of optimizing existing sources of funds, allocating available funds and distributing them as facilities or means of supporting the learning process so as to create an effective and efficient and much better learning process. To achieve good school quality, education costs must be managed optimally and maximally. Therefore, the stages of education financing management need to be considered and prioritized.

Abstract

Education has the responsibility to integrate new values in students caused by advances in technology and science. Appropriate learning methods are needed because the education system evolves with the changing times. One branch of the philosophy of knowledge known as constructivism emphasizes the idea that the knowledge we have is the result of our own construction. The issue addressed in this research is how SMAN 13 Surabaya implements technological developments in its teaching. The aim of this research is to analyze the extent of active student participation in the learning process, particularly through the constructivist approach, and how technology can be optimized to facilitate learning activities. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results indicate that the utilization of technology in learning at SMAN 13 Surabaya is not yet running optimally, due to constraints such as the lack of teacher skills in using technology, inadequate facilities, and financial constraints.

Abstract

Pedagogic Competence is the study of Education. Pedagogic Science learns about an ability (expertise) that must be possessed by teachers in the form of the ability to understand students, what methods are appropriate for establishing communication with students, what techniques are used in preparing Learning Designs for students, how to implement learning evaluation, etc. The problem examined in this study is what learning model is designed by the teacher so that students at SDN Sepanjang 2 do not feel bored with the subject matter being directed. Delivering creative, innovative and fun learning materials will make the class atmosphere less saturated, this will make students able to receive lessons easily. The purpose of this research is to see how far the creativity of teachers at SDN Sepanjang 2 develops in delivering material to their students. In the Implementation of Pedagogic Competency schools must provide facilities in the form of adequate facilities and infrastructure so that teachers can optimize the implementation of Pedagogic Competency activities. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method.
