Abstract

The low motivation to learn Aqidah Akhlak among students of Class V MI Islamiyah is a very concerning thing. This can affect students' understanding of religious and moral values that are important for their character development. This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment methods in increasing the learning motivation of class V students at MI Islamiyah in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak. Data collection techniques used in this study include tests, observations, and field notes, then the data obtained is analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study showed the influence of reward and punishment methods with differences in the average cognitive value and the average motivation value of students. Before using the reward and punishment method, the average cognitive value was 74 and the average motivation value was 68%. The average cognitive value after applying the reward and punishment method increased to 88 and the increase in the average motivation value was 86%. Based on this, it can be concluded that learning using the reward and punishment method can increase the motivation to learn Aqidah Akhlak in class V MI Islamiyah.

Abstract

Cultural globalization has changed communication patterns, especially among young people, by facilitating easier access to various information, including foreign languages. This research aims to determine the influence of cultural globalization on the use of the Javanese language and manners of PGMI Semester 5 students at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The method used is quantitative research with a survey research design. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which had three categories: agree, disagree, and disagree. The research results show that the majority of PGMI Semester 5 students at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya who understand Javanese krama come from a solid Javanese cultural environment, such as Gresik, Lamongan, Ngawi, and Mojokerto, with a percentage showing a tendency to agree of 52.5%. However, in everyday life, these students do not agree with using Javanese manners, as evidenced by the percentage of students who disagree 42.5%, especially in a global environment, which is reflected in the percentage of those who are less confident in using the language, around 35%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that globalization influences students' tendency to use Javanese manners, as shown by the high percentage of respondents who agree that globalization influences the use of this language, reaching 77.5%.

Abstract

Branding produk dan digital marketing menjadi sangat penting bagi para pelaku UMKM di era modern ini agar produk mereka memiliki identitas yang melekat dan dapat dipasarkan secara lebih luas. Pelaku UMKM kopi bubuk di Desa Tiris, Probolinggo masih banyak yang belum memahami pentingnya membentuk identitas produk mereka sendiri dan tidak semua bisa memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dengan baik, terutama para pelaku usaha yang sudah memasuki usia tua. Pengembangan branding UMKM dan peningkatan pemasaran digital menjadi fokus utama penelitian. Penelitian ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari pelaku UMKM kopi bubuk di Desa Tiris,  Langkah awal melibatkan identifikasi masalah melalui survei, selanjutnya diikuti dengan pelatihan desain branding dan digital marketing. Implementasi pelatihan digitalisasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemandirian pelaku UMKM tetapi juga memberdayakan ekonomi digital. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas desain marketing dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terkait pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran online.
