Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan sebuah kondisi medis dimana orang yang tekanan darahnya meningkat diatas normal yaitu 140/90 mmHg dan dapat mengalami resiko kesakitan (morbiditas) bahkan kematian (mortalitas). Riskesdas tahun 2018 menunjukkan peningkatan prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk sekitar 260 juta adalah 34,1%. Pada umummya semakin bertambahnya usia maka semakin besar pula risiko terjadinya Hipertensi. Pasien perempuan (69 tahun) datang dengan keluhan nyeri kepala sejak 3 hari yang lalu. Nyeri kepala dirasakan seperti di ikat dan terkadang berdenyut. Hal ini dirasakan terus menerus, memberat saat pasien beraktivitas, dan saat pasien mengkonsumsi makanan yang berlemak atau asin. Nyeri kepala akan berkurang saat pasien istirahat. Pasien sudah didiagnosis Hipertensi sejak 7 tahun lalu, namun pasien tidak mengkonsumsi obat secara teratur.  Pasien mengontrol kesehatannya ke Puskesmas Tanah Pasir. Pasien diberikan obat antihipertensi dan juga diberikan edukasi mengenai penyakit hipertensi dan cara menjaga pola hidup yang sehat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using napier rod media in multiplication material on the learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 2 Lamcot Aceh Besar. This research uses a quashi-experimental quantitative (pretest posttest) control group design. The population in this study were all class III students at SD Negeri 2 Lamcot Aceh Besar with a sample of class III A and III B students. Data were collected using tests in the form of pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique use the N-gain test and independent t-test with the help of IBM SPSS STATISTIC Version 26 for Windows. The research result show that the significance result (2-tailed) is 0.00. Where 0.00 0.05 then the conclusion of the results in decision making is that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of napier rod media in multiplication material on the learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 2 Lamcot Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Electronic City Indonesia, Tangerang Branch. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees totaling 63 people, and the sampling technique used is total sampling or census. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis techniques included simple and multiple linear regression as well as hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). Compensation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.677 and a contribution of 55.0%. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.777 and a contribution of 61.2%. Simultaneously, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with the multiple regression equation Y = 10.946 + 0.094 X1 + 0.687 X2. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.564 or 56.4%, indicating that 56.4% of employee performance is influenced by both variables, while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study.Thus, compensation and job satisfaction are proven to have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on improving employee performance at PT Electronic City, Tangerang Branch.
