Abstract

Of all the students at TK Pembina Negeri Sungai Penuh, only six students (37.5%) have high numeracy skills. To teach children about numbers, the author wants to learn how to make number cards. The TK Pembina Negeri play group was the research population. Kemmis and Taggart's paradigm is used in collaborative classroom action research. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive percentage approaches were included in the data analysis process. Documentation and observation are the methods used to obtain data. There were two rounds of research. includes preparation, action and observation, as well as reflection in each cycle. The research subjects were six tens female students from TK Pembina Negeri Semester I for the 2023–2024 academic year. Research findings show that, with an accuracy rate of 89.2%, children's understanding of numerical concepts is in a good range.

Abstract

(PLP) at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) IAIN Kerinci. This type of research uses field studies (field research). The data in this research is in the form of information, actions, activities that can be used as studies related to the research focus of Strategy for Increasing the Performance of Laboratory Institutions. The research results show that the most important alternative strategy and the main priority in order to improve the performance of PLP at the FTIK IAIN Kerinci Faculty is improving welfare. The research results also show that the actor most involved and influential in improving PLP performance is the head of the laboratory, while the main priority goal in improving PLP performance is increasing PLP professionalism. PLP performance can be improved by paying attention to their welfare in line with the implementation of PLP functional positions. Apart from that, the head of the laboratory should be able to encourage and motivate PLPs to improve their performance, so that PLPs are able to work independently and professionally and provide the best service oriented towards customer satisfaction. Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the children of TK Al-Madani still encounter obstacles in their fine motor skills, including children preferring to play outside rather than taking part in activities that involve the coordination of their fingers so that children often do not complete activities, lack activities that stimulate the teacher's fine motor skills and the media used is less varied. From the teacher's observations, there were 2 children who could, 6 children who could not and 4 children who could not do activities that involved fine motor skills. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in fine motor skills through shaping activities with various media in children at TK Al-Madani. This research was conducted using the classroom action research method. Classroom action research is research carried out in social situations carried out by researchers in the form of reflective and collective research in order to improve their social practice reasoning. Experts explain that this classroom action research has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the research show that fine motor skills in TK Al-Madani children can be improved through montage activities. From data on shaping activities using various media in Cycle I, it was found that 6 children or 30% of the total children in the class received BSB criteria, while 14 other children received BSH criteria. The average score obtained by children was 74.1. Meanwhile, from the Cycle II data, it was found that 17 children or 85% of the total children in the class received BSB criteria, while 3 other children received BSH criteria. Abstract

Sumber belajar ditetapkan sebagai informasi yang disajikan dan disimpan dalam berbagai bentuk media, yang dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar sebagai perwujudan dari kurikulum. Bentuknya tidak terbatas apakah dalam bentuk cetakan, video, format perangkat lunak atau kombinasi dari berbagai format yang dapat digunakan oleh siswa ataupun guru. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh guru sebagai pengelola pendidik untuk lebih meningkatkan dan mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efesien. Banyak faktor yang menentukan kualitas hasil pendidikan atau pembelajaran, salah satu terkait dengan pusat sumber belajar. Banyak berbagai sumber yang bisa dijadikan sebagai pusat sumber belajar, salah satunya adalah laboratarium. Adapun dalam pengelolaan laboratorium di suatu lembaga pendidikan terdapat menajemen yang merancang dan mengelola laboratorium agar lebih efektif dalam pemanfaatan sesuai dengan pembelajaran. Manajemen laboratorium adalah usaha untuk mengelola laboratorium. Bagaimana suatu laboratorium dapat dikelola dengan baik sangat ditentukan oleh beberpa faktor yang saling berkaitan satu dengan yang lainnya. Beberapa alat laboratorium yang cangih dengan staf operasional yang terampil belum belum tentu dapat beroperasi dengan baik, jika tidak didukung oleh adanya manajemen laboratorium yang baik. Informan penelitian merupakan seseorang yang memiliki informasi mengenai objek penelitian tersebut. Informan penelitian adalah informan yang bisa memberikan informasi dan data yang dibutuhkan dalam suatu penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berasal dari wawancara secara langsung disebut dengan narasumber.Penelitian diharapkan bahwa Manajemen laboratorium FTIK IAIN Kerinci lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar dapat meningkatkan pengembangan diri mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik Keywords: Manajemen laboratorium,, Pengembangan diri Mahasiswa
