Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Supervision of Sailing Approval Letters in Ensuring Safety and Security of Sailing at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The researcher used source triangulation to check the validity of the research data. Data analysis in this study used three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of supervision of sailing approval letters in ensuring safety and security of sailing at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe is already good. This can be seen from the requests from owners, agents, or ship captains, mutual declaration (statements of the ship captain), crew lists, cargo manifests, valid ship documents, payment of non-tax state revenue (PNBP), and issuance of sailing approval letters have been effective.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the provision of independence training for the skills of correctional inmates at the Kendari Class IIA Correctional Institution. The informants in this research were 1. Head of the Job Guidance Section, 2. Prisoners, 3. Former prisoners. The research design used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of research regarding the implementation of independence training for prisoners at the Kendari Class IIa Correctional Institution can be concluded that the provision of Independence Training for the Skills of Correctional Inmates at the Kendari Class IIA Correctional Institution is felt by all prisoners, both those currently serving their sentences and those who have been released, because it has a big impact on sustainability. his life after he was released, as well as changing the mainstream of the wider community who seemed to look down on ex-convicts that ex-convicts were the trash of society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan employeed engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas I Molawe. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas I Molawe yang berjumlah 54 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan employed engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas I Molawe. (2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas I Molawe. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas I Molawe. (4) Employed engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas I Molawe.

Abstract

Leadership, work motivation, and employee engagement are key factors influencing organizational productivity and effectiveness, including in the public sector. However, in the Regional Inspectorate of Southeast Sulawesi Province, structural challenges and resource limitations often hinder the optimal performance of employees, highlighting the importance of analyzing these three variables. This study identifies a knowledge gap concerning the relationship between leadership, work motivation, and employee engagement and their impact on employee performance in a complex public sector environment. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach through questionnaire surveys administered to 48 employees in the Regional Inspectorate of Southeast Sulawesi Province to examine the significant effects of these variables on employee performance. The study's findings reveal that leadership, work motivation, and employee engagement significantly influence performance, with work motivation emerging as the dominant variable, thus providing a basis for more effective human resource development strategies in the public sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi, integritas dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja Personel Polres Kota Kendari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian Personel Polres Kota Kendari yang berjumlah 89 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Disiplin kerja, kompetensi, integritas dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel Polres Kota Kendari. (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel Polres Kota Kendari. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel Polres Kota Kendari. (4) Integritas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel Polres Kota Kendari. (5) Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel Polres Kota Kendari.

Abstract

Based on initial observations made by the author, it shows that employees' sense of responsibility is still low, employees' understanding of work regulations is still low and there are still employees who do not work according to work regulations so that employee performance is not running optimally. So it is necessary to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT, Bina Bakti Persada employees. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. These results prove that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation (X2) does not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). And job satisfaction (X3) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y).
