<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of public participation of development in Wawolesea Village  Lasolo District of North Konawe; and the factors that affect the level of public participation in the Wawolesea Village. The data obtained by questionnaires. Participation is measured by likert scale from respondent self assessment . Respondent of this study are 20 person consist: village administrative apparatus, communities, and institute for village empowerment (LPM). Data analyzed used descriptive. The results showed that the level of community participation of development in the Wawolesea Village  is in  very high category. The community have about  80.67 percent level participation in the planning or in very high category, 77.8 percent for imlementation or in high category, and about  84.25 percent in utilization or in very high category. While for evaluation the community have about  79 percent or  in high category.  Determinant of public participation in Wawolesea Village  are awareness, education, income, village administrative apparatus and the facilities of village.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Matahoalu Kecamatan Uepai Kabupaten Konawe tahun Anggaran 2016-2017, 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan desa Matahoalu Kecamatan Uepai Kabupaten Konawe tahun Anggaran 2015-2017.Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Matahoalu Kecamatan Uepai Kabupaten Konawe dan dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang dimaksud untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan keterangan-keterangan mengenai respon dari para perangkat desa terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Matahoalu.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa 1) Tahap perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa telah sesuai dengan Permendagri No113/2014. 2) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa Matahoalu pada prinsipnya telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan regulasi yang ada. Namun secara administrasinya belum semua tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan. 3) Penatausahaan pengelolaan keuangan desa Matahoalu secara administrasi sudah sesuai dengan regulasi.4) Pelaporan pengelolaan keuangan desa Matahoalu belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. 5) Pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan desa belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. 6) Tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan desa Matahoalu Kecamatan Uepai Kebupaten Konawe masuk dalam kategori kurang efisien, hal ini dikarenakan masih tingginya tingkat pengeluaran desa bila dibandingkan dengan pendapatan desa. 7) Tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan desa Matahoalu Kecamatan Uepai Kabupaten Konawe masuk dalam kategori efektif. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa, Efisiensi dan Efektivitas.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis of regional revenue from tourism sector in Kendari City. This research aims of analize the influence of the number of tourism and the occupancy rate of the hotel to the tourism sector revenue in Kendari City.In this research use secondary data type with data on the number of tourists and the hotel occupancy rate of the year 2002-2016 Analyzer used in this research is doubled linear regression with reception area in the tourism sector as dependet variable and two independent variable is hotel accupancy rate number of tourism.After the test deviation of classical assumption, the result show data is normally distributed and no deviation is obtained. So it can be concluded that the independent variable that is the number of tourism and the occupancy rate of hotels together effect the revenue of the tourism sector in Kendari. Partially variable of number tourists and hotel accupancy rate have a significant effect.Based on the result of the analysis of the research then submitted suggestion to the local government of kendari city to further improve the facilities and treathment of tourism object better so it has the attraction to be visited by tourists both archipelago and abroad so as to increase the original revenue area kendari.Keywords : Locally generated revenue, Number of tourists , The occupancy rate of the hotel]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jangka panjang dan jangka pendek pengeluaran pemerintah, indeks pembangunan manusia, pengangguran, inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara Asia Tenggara. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diakses melalui website Theworldbank.com,, undp.org  dan ceicdata.com dalam bentuk time series tahunan periode 2000 sampai 2018. Alat analsis yang digunakan yaitu Panel Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Dalam jangka panjang pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan dalam jangka pendek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara Asia Tenggara; (2) Dalam jangka panjang indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan dalam jangka pendek tidak perpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara Asia Tenggara; (3) Dalam jangka panjang inflasi berpengaruh negatif  signifikan sedangkan dalam jangka pendek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara Asia Tenggara.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian  ini  untuk menganalisis kinerja restoran dan rumah makan di Kota Kendari selama masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kualitatif. informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rumah makan yang tetap berjalan selama masa pendemi Covid-19. Informan yang akan diwawancarai berjumlah 4 pelaku usaha rumah makan di Kota Kendari. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama masa Pandemi Covid 19 terjadi penurukan kinerja penjualan restoran dan rumah makan 50 persen sampai dengan 70 persen. Penurunan tersebut terjadi pada fase awal terjadinya Pandemi Covid 19 di Kota Kendari. Hal tersebut juga berdampak pada penurunan penggunaan tenaga kerja sehingga sebagian tenaga kerja harus dirumahkan.Kata  Kunci  :  Kinerja Rumah Makan Dan Restoran]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman dan minat calon entrepreneur muda atas produksi dan pemasaran usaha pangan beku. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 15 lulusan perguruan tinggi/mahasiswa tahap akhir di Kota Kendari. Metode pelaksanaan melalui pelatihan dan sosialisasi. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran. Kegiatan produksi berupa pelatihan pembuatan frozen food yang terdiri dari bakso daging, bakso tahu, gorengan, dan roti. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan observasi dan kuisioner pre-post kegiatan. Observasi dilakukan untuk menilai kemampuan peserta dalam pembuatan pangan beku, sementara kuisioner digunakan untuk menilai tingkat pemahaman dan minat peserta akan usaha pangan beku. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah efektif yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil evaluasi dimana peningkatan pemahaman pengelolaan usaha pangan beku peserta berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Minat peserta untuk membuka usaha pangan beku juga sangat tinggi. Peserta mempersepsikan bahwa kendala utama yang dihadapi membuka usaha pangan beku yaitu permodalan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan berupa ketersediaan lembaga keuangan yang dapat melayani pembiayaan modal kerja bagi wirausaha baru yang merintis usaha. Frozen Food Production Management and Marketing Management Training for Prospective Young Entrepreneurs The aim of community service activities is to increase the understanding and interest of prospective young entrepreneurs in the production and marketing of frozen food businesses. Participants in the activity consisted of 15 college graduates/final stage students in Kendari City. The method of implementation is through training and socialization. Service activities are carried out from the production and marketing aspects. Production activities are in the form of training on making frozen food consisting of meatballs, tofu meatballs, fried foods, and bread. The activity evaluation instrument used observation and pre-post activity questionnaires. Observations were made to assess the ability of participants in making frozen food, while questionnaires were used to assess the level of understanding and interest of participants in the frozen food business. Community service activities have been effective as shown by the evaluation results where the increased understanding of frozen food business management by participants is in the very high category. The participants' interest in opening a frozen food business is also very high. Participants perceived that the main obstacle faced by opening a frozen food business is capital. The recommendation put forward is the availability of financial institutions that can serve working capital financing for new entrepreneurs starting businesses.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menjelaskan secara empiris Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Kadia Kota Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 86 orang yang merupakan pegawai Kantor Kelurahan Kadia Kota kendari. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 86 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a). Lingkungan Kerja dan Kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (b). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan (c). Kualias Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kelurahan Kadia Kota Kendari.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) The effect of work climate on work motivation of personnel, 2) Effect of work ability on work motivation of personnel, 3) Effect of work environment on the performance of the apparatus 4) The effect of the ability to work on the performance of the apparatus, 5) The effect of work motivation on performance of the apparatus. 6) Work motivation in mediating the effects of work climate on the performance of the apparatus and 7) Motivation in mediating the effects of work on the performance capability of the apparatus to the Parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province.The population of this study was 37 personnel on Parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province were selected by census / total sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and document research. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study concluded that: 1) The climate of positive effect but not significant to the work motivation of personnel 2) The ability to work significant positive effect on work motivation of personnel 3) The climate of significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus 4) Ability to work significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus 5) work motivation is positive but not significant effect on the performance of the apparatus 6) Motivation does not mediate the effect of climate on the job performance of the apparatus and 7) Motivation does not mediate the effect of the ability to work on the performance of the apparatus at the parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province.]]>

<![CDATA[The results of this study show that the variable allocation of village funds plays a role in the variables of infrastructure development in Matawine Village of Lakudo District of Central Buton Regency, this can be seen from the infrastructure development carried out to increase from previous years. This is in line with the increase in the amount of Village Fund Allocation received by Matawine Village. Then in infrastructure development that is done can already contribute to the improvement of community welfare and economic improvement of the community because in the planning process carried out the community is always involved so that the development carried out in accordance with what the community wants and needs and in the implementation of society is also involved as a workforce and this becomes additional income for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh current ratio terhadap dividen payout ratio pada perusahaan manufakur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018; (2). untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh ROA terhadap dividen payout ratio pada perusahaan manufakur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018; (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh total asset terhadap dividen payout ratio pada perusahaan manufakur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Curret Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio; (2) ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio; (3) Total asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio.]]>
