Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of management of basic education institutions at SDN 1 Kurungrejo and MI Al Azhar. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection uses interviews, documentation studies and observations. The main informant in this research is the Head of the Madrasah and other informants are teachers. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that; First, the management of educational institutions has been carried out by the two schools through the following steps: 1) Program planning; namely determining the goals or targets to be achieved and determining the paths and resources needed to achieve the goals effectively and efficiently in managing education. Where program planning includes determining the school's vision, mission, goals and work plans 2) Program implementation; namely the implementation of the school work plan covering all areas of school operational implementation which are organized and managed by the educational unit formed in the school/madrasah organizational structure. These fields include: student affairs, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance and financing, infrastructure, culture and school climate, and public relations (public relations). 3) Program Monitoring and Evaluation; namely the process of monitoring activities to ensure that all organizational activities are carried out as planned and at the same time it is also an activity to correct and improve if deviations are found that will interfere with achieving goals. Second, the school principal as a supervisor plays a very important role in planning, implementing and evaluating school programs. Third, SDN Kurungrejo, which is actually a state school under the auspices of the government, cannot be flexible in managing education, while MI Al Azhar, which is a private school under the auspices of a foundation, can be flexible in managing its education in accordance with predetermined program plans. Ultimately, the effectiveness of educational institutions in managing their institutions has an impact on the quantity of new students each year.

Abstract

Along with the development of the fashion world of the country, especially the fashion of Muslim women, the model of wearing jilbabpun turned into a fashionable hijab. Starting from this fashionable hijab jilboobs phenomenon arose around 2014 which was discussed on social media, such as facebook and twitter until today is still a trend in hijab. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the rise of the phenomenon of jilboobs among adolescents. This type of research is included in the type of library research, characterized by focusing the source of the object of study on library data, both primary and secondary sources. The results of the study that the hijab is something that serves to protect and maintain the honor of women. Based on surah Al-Ahzab/33. 59 and surah an-Nur/24: 31. This verse is related to the custom of arab women during the time of the Qur'an, namely the lack of attention to modesty/fairness in dress/ behavior. The concept of hijab is a concept that regulates biological functions and partnership relationships between men and women associated with dress and ethics. This study has implications for young Muslim women and prospective mufassir in the future in order to continue to explore the scientific field, especially the field of interpretation that speaks of hijab issues while maintaining gender boundaries, promoting the benefit of the Ummah, without forgetting the text, context and contextualization of reality and the development of historical traditions.

Abstract

Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang mendasar antara parenting Barat dan Timur, yakni; parenting Barat berprinsip pada individualisme anak yaitu memberikan banyak kebebasan terhadap tumbuh kembang anak dengan harapan menumbuhkan kedisiplinan. Sedangkan dalam parenting Timur memiliki prinsip mendasar yaitu keterikatan orang tua dengan anak secara emosional, dan segala keputusan dalam keluarga umumnya diputuskan bersama, dalam hal ini parenting timur memiliki tujuan bahwa ada hubungan timbal balik dari anak kepada orang tua. Penelitian ini merumuskan dengan mengklasifikasi ayat-ayat parenting berdasarkan pendekatan usia anak, materi pendidikan, dan metode penyampaian yang digunakan dalam Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an memberikan perhatian besar terhadap pola pengasuhan anak melalui berbagai contoh seperti kisah Nabi Ibrahim, Luqman al-Hakim, dan Nabi Ya’qub, serta penggunaan komunikasi yang efektif dan bernilai adab dalam proses pengasuhan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dan memformulasikan konsep parenting yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an berdasarkan pendekatan tafsir tematik, dengan menjadikan Tafsîr al-Munîr karya Wahbah az-Zuhaili sebagai sumber primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (maudhû’i). Penelitian ini memiliki kesamaan pendapat dengan Abdullah Nasih ‘Ulwan (2004), Abdul Hafizh Suwaid (2009), dan Dzakiyah Daradjat (1996). Keseluruhannya berpendapat bahwa pola asuh Islam ialah suatu pengasuhan yang utuh berdasarkan sikap dan perilaku orang tua terhadap anak sejak dini dalam hal mendidik, membina, membiasakan dan membimbing anak secara maksimal berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan Sunah. Penelitian ini juga memiliki perbedaan pandangan dengan: Diana Baumrind (1966), Maccoby dan Martin (1983), Laura Markham (2012) keseluruhan para ahli tersebut yang memiliki teori pola asuh anak dengan prinsip individualisme yang mengedepankan kebebasan.
