Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of character education strategies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) Guppi 12 Lubuk Kembang. The research method employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, focusing on classroom dynamics, extracurricular activities, and documents related to the character education program. The results of the study indicate that the school principal and the character development team successfully integrated character values into the curriculum and extracurricular activities. Support and training provided to teachers through a reward system also proved effective in motivating students. Regular monitoring and evaluation support continuous improvement, creating a profound learning environment. This research contributes to a better understanding of character education practices at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level and provides a foundation for the development of more effective strategies in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain teachers' readiness for implementing an independent curriculum. The type of research carried out was descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. This research aims to carry out an evaluation of teacher readiness in implementing the independent curriculum, which is an important process to ensure the effectiveness and success of implementing this new curriculum. An independent curriculum is an educational approach that aims to give teachers freedom to design and implement learning according to needs and context. The results of this research are that teacher readiness does not only include conceptual understanding, but also involves the ability to carry out comprehensive assessments, commitment to professional development, and expertise in preparing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) that are in accordance with the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum format. Carrying out an evaluation of teacher readiness can help identify the necessary development needs and provide support for teachers in overcoming the challenges that arise when implementing this curriculum. With optimal readiness, it is hoped that the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum can provide maximum benefits for students.

Abstract

The implementation of the National Curriculum character education program has not achieved maximum results, because the value of religious manners has been eroded by the growing influence of technology, culture, and the times, we can see this in today's students who have not been able to apply the values of polite culture both in the application of speech, dress and behavior patterns, while manners are the main staple of the Islamic generation before studying science. The adab-based character education program can restore the character of Indonesian students who have noble morals by upholding polite culture. This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the Implementation of Adab-Based Character Education Management at Khoiru Ummah Integrated Islamic Primary School. This research uses a Qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained from the Principal, Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Vice Principal of Islamic Personal Development, Student Guardians, and Students of SDIT Khoiru Ummah. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation studies, and data analysis using Milles and Huberman models. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of adab-based character education management at SDIT Khoiru Ummah through a program strategy based on the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) in the BPI Islamic Personal Development program, by instilling ukhrowi values in every learning process and extracurricular activities through management patterns of Planning, Actuating and Controlling as an effective implementation of adab-based character education management

Abstract

This community service was motivated by the activities of the Taklim Assembly at the Al-Mukhlisin Mosque which is located on Jl. Bhakti Osis 1, Air Bang Curup Tengah Subdistrict, for the past 5 years has not been actively carrying out its functions and activities so that there is no communication and friendship between administrators, especially with the national Covid-19 outbreak (several administrators have died). The aim of this activity is to provide administrative management assistance to the Al-Mukhlisin Mosque Taklim Assembly. The results of the activities included that the Al-Mukhlisin Mosque Taklim Assembly management was able to understand and create agenda books for incoming and outgoing letters, create AD and ART, make proposals for the permit registration process and obtain statistical numbers from the Ministry of Religion of Rejang Lebong Regency, make submissions or requests to study presenters, make a letter expedition book, make notes in the general cash book of the Taklim Assembly, make reports on the implementation of the Taklim Assembly's activities, take attendance of administrators and congregations as well as other taklim assembly activities, make draft speeches and opening remarks, make arrangements and series of activities of the Taklim Assembly and other activities, make books and notes on meeting minutes, creating a schedule for the Taklim Assembly's activities and management activities. So, it can be concluded that administrative management assistance provides understanding and a sense of enthusiasm for the administrators and members of the Taklim Assembly in carrying out the administrative management of the Al-Mukhlisin Mosque.
