Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the aspects of diversity in educational institution organizations. The method used is a literature review approach. A comprehensive search strategy was carried out by searching various research journal databases. The research databases used are EBSCO, Science Direct and Wiley Online. The research criteria are (1) articles written in English and Indonesian between 2013 and 2023; (2) Articles are available in full-text form; (3) the article discusses diversity/diversity in educational organizations. Multicultural education can reduce stereotypes, misunderstandings and allow individuals to interact with others. Strategies for developing multicultural education through educational strategies, examples, and habits. In addition, multicultural education needs to implement the development of higher education systems, curriculum development, improving the quality of teaching staff, developing of education management systems, equalizing audience perceptions and developing cultural understanding and diversity of perspectives.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of learners in Qur'an-based “love, sex, and dating” sexuality education in educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Researchers collected data using non-participant observation techniques, semi-structured interviews and documentation. At the analysis stage using the flow model technique with the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The outcomes in this research are the management of students in sexuality education “love, sex, and dating” based on the Qur'an at SMP IT Madina carried out through several stages, namely the planning stage, the organising stage, the implementation stage and the supervision stage. The conclusion of this research is that the management of students who have been implemented at SMP IT Madina has finally given birth to several activity programs in the implementation of al-qur'an-based “love, sex, and dating” sexuality education, including starting from the new student admission program, learning process program, counselling guidance program, and tausiyah program. Some of the activities that have been carried out are slowly able to equip students in protecting dignity and controlling themselves wisely and responsibly in their sexual lives.

Abstract

Manajemen kewirausahaan pesantren didefinisikan sebagai kegiatan yang mengatur dan mengelola wirausaha di antara anggota masyarakat pesantren dengan tujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kreativitas para santri. SMA Madina Citra Insani Boarding School Kota Samarinda memiliki ciri khas dalam pengelolaan kewirausahaan yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif komunitas sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala sekolah, Waka Kesiswaan, pengelola unit usaha, dan pengurus osis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi tahap pengumpulan data/penyediaan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggukan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Planning program kewirausahaan setiap usaha dirancang dengan cermat untuk memastikan keselarasan dengan kebutuhan santri seperti menyediakan produk yang halal dan sehat, serta kelengkapan santri dan kebutuhan guru seperti usaha tanam saham. Perencanaan ini di lakukannya rapat bersama kepala sekolah dan karyawan sekolah untuk pembentukan unit usaha dengan adanya peluang yang akan di buka di sekolah, selanjutnya di pilih penanggung jawab setiap unit usaha yang di bentuk di sekolah.
