Abstract

Abstract: The objective of research was to find out: (1) which ones having better achievement, the students using TPS (Think Pair Share) learning with CTL approach or STAD (Students Teams Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model with CTL approach or direct learning, (2) which ones having better learning achievement, the students with kinesthetic or visual or auditory learning style, (3) in each learning style, which ones having better achievement, the students using TPS (Think Pair Share) learning with CTL approach or STAD (Students Teams Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model with CTL approach or direct learning, and (4) in each learning model, which ones having better learning achievement, the students with kinesthetic or visual or auditory learning style. The population of research was all VIII graders of Public Junior High schools in Bojonegoro Regency consisting of 55 schools. The sample was taken using cluster random sampling. The sample consisted of 304 students divided into experiment I, experiment II, and control groups. The conclusions of research were: (1) TPS CTL learning provided learning achievement better than STAD CTL and direct, but STAD CTL learning provided learning achievement as same as the direct learning did. (2) The students with kinesthetic learning style had learning achievement better than those with visual and auditory learning styles. But, the students with visual and those with auditory learning styles had equal learning achievement. (3) a. In kinesthetic learning style, all learning models provided the same learning achievement. b. In visual learning style, TPS CTL learning provided learning achievement better than STAD CTL. Meanwhile, direct learning provided the learning achievement as same as the TPS CTL and STAD CTL learning models did. c. In auditory learning style, all learning models provided the same learning achievement. (4) a. In TPS CTL learning model, the students with kinesthetic learning style had better achievement than those with auditory learning style. The students with visual learning style had learning achievement equal to those having kinesthetic and auditory learning styles, b. In STAD CTL learning model, the students with kinesthetic learning style had better achievement than those with visual and auditory learning styles. However, the students with visual learning style had learning achievement equal to those with auditory learning style, c. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter siswa melalui mata pelajaran pendidikan Kemuhammadiyahan dan pendidikan akhlak di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Tidore. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik dan holistik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari-April 2011. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Tidore. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen. Observasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang kegiatan transformasi nilai Kemuhammadiyahan dan akhlak, wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang strategi pelaksanaan pendidikan kemuhammadiyahan dan akhlak, sedangkan dokumentasi berupa program materi untuk melengkapi hasil observasi dan wawancara. Tekhnik pemeriksaan dan keabsahan data dengan cara triangulasi data dan tekhnik analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1). Nilai-nilai moral dalam pendidikan Kemuhammadiyahan dan akhlak yang membentuk karakter siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Tidore merupakan seperangkat nilai moral yang ditetapkan melalui muktamar.               (2). Sekalipun terdapat kesamaan dalam materi pendidikan karakter akan tetapi antara SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Tidore memiliki perbedaan dalam strategi penerapan. (3). Pendidikan Kemuhammadiyahahn dan akhlak sangat efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Tidore.Kata kunci:  Karakter siswa, kemuhammadiyahan dan akhlak, SMP Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) is the most autonomous institution that can not be on the intervention of any parties. In Islamic Boarding Schools, Kiai has authority in characterizing many activities of pesantren community. Variations of education is also due to differences in conditions sosi-cultural society that surrounds it. Development of the pesantren as an institution engaged in education and socio-religious, must be encouraged. Development of Pesantren must be continued cause of the change of world drastic and dynamic with rapid development, Of course, either directly or indirectly may affect to pesantren. In order for schools to continue to survive, then a few steps can be taken with the strategic development kept the same boarding school as an institution indegious Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The main issue in improving the quality of Islamic Higher Education is to increase the competence and professionalism of teachers and education personnel to achieve its vision and mission in the middle of the complexity of the demands of society and the changing times. so that the quality of education and governance of Islamic Religion clean and transparent with the principles of good governance is achieved as a matter of strategic policy development, the concept of the balanced scorecard as a strategic management system that is implemented by a world-class organization and even as a means of guiding and driving the change management process and the culture of the organization, in this case integrated in educational organization in order to create Islamic institutions of higher education quality. Through the balanced scorecard, which focuses on four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective is expected to create a system of organizing the Islamic Higher Education that upholds the values of trust, tafaqquh fi l-Din, professional, transparent, accountable and quality. Through balanced scorecard Similarly, Islamic higher education will be more qualified, marketable and globally competitive.

Abstract

As an agent of civilization and social change, Islamic education in an atmosphere of modernization and globalization demanded to play a role in a dynamic and proactive. Its presence is expected to contribute meaningful and positive change for the improvement and advancement of the Muslim civilization, both on theoretical and practical intellectual terrain. Islamic education is not merely a process of transformation of moral values to shield themselves from negative access globalization and modernization. But the most urgent is how the moral values that have been inculcated through Islamic education is able to take an active role as a generator that has a liberatory power of social pressure and the crush of cultural backwardness, ignorance, economic and poverty in the midst of rapid social mobility. Therefore we need a constructive effort by building monokhotomik Islamic education. This epistemological approach provides an understanding and an integral and comprehensive skills. Someone who knows something of the process must know the outcome. Conversely, many who know the results but do not know the process. Unlike students who are given only bread and then she enjoyed it, with students who are invited to make bread, then enjoy it. Of course, knowledge of learners who know the process of making bread to enjoy it more complete, robust, and memorable.

Abstract

The research was conducted on customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap branch with the title: "The Effect Analysis of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty belief systems (Study on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Branch Cilacap). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction on trust, commitment and loyalty PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cilacap branch. The analytical tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).From the research and analysis of the data it is concluded that: Quality of service and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the higher the quality of service higher customer satisfaction. Quality of service and significant positive effect on confidence, the higher the quality of service the higher customer confidence. Quality of service and significant positive effect on customer loyalty, the higher the quality of service higher customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on confidence, the higher the higher the customer satisfaction customer confidence. Customer satisfaction and a significant positive impact on customer loyalty, higher customer satisfaction higher customer loyalty. Confidence positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, higher customer loyalty confidence higher. Customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on commitment, the higher customer satisfaction the higher the customer commitments. Confidence positive and significant effect on the commitment, the higher customer. Commitment positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, higher customer loyalty. Confidence is able to mediate the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Commitment is able to mediate the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.Based on the above conclusion, to increase customer loyalty, the quality of service should be improved by increasing the indicators: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. And PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Abstract

College has an important role in nation building. Therefore, university governance systems need to get serious attention and appropriate management touches. One of the modern management concepts that can be used is balanced scorecard, which is expected to improve the quality of the institution. This research uses qualitative approach of case study type with research setting at STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur. The results showed that; improvement of education quality in STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur is done through; 1) visionary leadership, 2) internal and external environmental analysis done with SWOT analysis, 3) to make quality as "Spirit" in every organizational activity by implementing quality-based, oriented management; a) Costumer Satisfaction, b) continous improvement, c) full involvement of the academic community, d) continous improvement. In order to improve the quality of education with Balanced Scorecard approach, STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur focuses on four perspectives, namely; financial perspective, costumer perspectives, internal perspectives and development perspectives of development and growth are very effective in improving the quality of education. From several Balanced Scorecard perspectives applied in STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur, the most dominant internal perspective on the effectiveness of quality improvement of education, followed by learning and growth perspective, costumer and finansial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to Analyst Factors that Effect Problem Loan in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gumilir Cilacap.. Innfluence Credit (5C) partially composed of Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), Condition of Economy (X5) against Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment Customers Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Cilacap, proving the influence Prerequisites Credits (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) simultaneously on the smoothness of Payments Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Cilacap and prove variable (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) in which the most significant effect on the Payment Smoothness Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap..The study population is the Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap which amounts to 60 people. Sampling technique used sampling saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis using SPSS structural model.The test results prove 1). Character (X1) partially significant effect on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI unit Gumilir Cilacap with great influence 25.3%. 2). Capacity (X2) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gumilir Cilacap employee performance with great influence 26.7%. 3). Capital (X3) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap (1.1%). 4). Collateral (X4) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir against the influence of 27.5%. 5). Condition of Economy (X5) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap (0.7%). 6). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial, dan untuk menguji variabel yang bepengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Wom Finance Cilacap. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah análisis faktor dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan karyawan karena berdasarkan perhitungan analisis Standardized Coefficients Beta memiliki nilai terbesar.Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja karyawanABSTRACTThis research were done, in order to determined the effect of the work discipline, leadership styles, and to the employee satisfaction either simultant or partial, to determine the most dominant variable that influenced the employee satisfaction in Wom Finance Cilacap. The technique that used is factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed that the variables of the work discipline, leadership styles, has a significant communication simultan and also partial on the employee satisfaction. The leadership styles variable, became the most dominant variable that affected the employee satisfaction because based on the analysis calculation the Standardized Coefficients Beta has the greatest value.Keywords: work discipline, leadership styles employee satisfaction.
