Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent to which the use of Brimo digital products influences satisfaction and the impact on customer loyalty of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Makassar Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research and discussion, the conclusion of this study is that the existence of mobile banking features is proven to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Branch. For the effect of mediation, it shows that customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of mobile banking on customer loyalty significantly

Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis at CV Hasna Laundry RS PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu 2019-2023 (Guided by Mr Abd. Rakhman Laba, and Mr. Fauzi R. Rahim). This research aims to analyz the financial performance of CV Hasna Laundry at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu from 2019 to 2023. Operating in the growing laundry service industry, CV Hasna Laundry primarily caters to industrial clients, including hospitals, where maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is crucial. The study assess the company's financial performance using various financial ratios, such as liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of its financial condition. The analysis reveals a general trend of increasing laundry service demand, with notable fluctuations due to seasonal factors and the pandemic's impact. The findings suggest that CV Hasna Laundry experienced significant growth in 2020 and 2021, driven by heightened hygiene awareness and increased laundry needs during the pandemic. However, the growth rate stabilized post-pandemic, emphasizing the need for strategic planning to sustain business operations and enhance service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze conditions financial distress in mining sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2019-2023 period using the Altman Z prediction model Score, Springate, Zmijewski and Grover. The sample companies are: used in this research were 33 companies obtained by purposive sampling and observations for 5 years to obtain the sample size into 165 samples. The type of data used is secondary data, meanwhile data retrieval techniques obtained from historical data of mining companies, financial reports published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange and literature studies. Technique The data analysis used is a parametric statistical test, namely the Paired Sample test t-test and test the accuracy of the prediction model with the condition that the data must be distributed normal. The results of this study show significant differences between Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover models in predicting financial distress, and the highest level of accuracy achieved by the Zmijewski model with level accuracy of 94%
