Abstract

Education aims to shape character regarding religion, personality, intelligence and so on. To achieve this goal cannot be separated from the role of an educator or teacher. The purpose of this researchis to determine the effort of SKI teachers in increasing students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factor for students’ interest in learningat MA NW Penendem. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of descriptive. The method used in collecting data are the observation method, interview method and documentation method The results that can be seen from the SKI teacher’sefforts in increasing students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem include several strategies involving approaches to students, classroom management, use of varied methods, constructive evaluation and punishment Factors supporting students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem includes teacher mastery of teaching materials, student interest, SKI learning schedule in the morning, adequate facilities and infrastructure and good teacher teaching experience. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors for students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem include limited class hours, SKI learning time in the last hour, and limited understanding of technology by teachers.

Abstract

Education is a need that is very important in human life. Proceed nope something The nation is very dependent on education something the nation. That is, with quality education a nation can produce quality humans. Through quality education, a nation becomes advanced and level with other nations within all fields. On the contrary, If education is something a nation has No progress or No quality so the nation will be retarded in all fields. This study was done with the purpose: 1) to know How to implement madrasa management based; 2) to know What just factors support and inhibit implementing management-based madrasa. Study This uses a qualitative study with take location at MTs Darul Wow Jerowaru. Data collection using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Subject researcher in study This is the head of the madrasah, deputy head of curriculum, deputy head of student affairs, and deputy head of public relations and administration. Data analysis techniques were carried out in a manner interactive and ongoing in a manner Keep going continuously until complete so that gets to the point of data saturation. Result of study This has applied management Where is the madrasa based? head of the madrasa was given wide authority in developing the madrasa, however in implementation Not yet walked with Good looks from facilities and infrastructure that have not been adequate, so Lots of madrasa facilities circumstances are not quite okay. As for Management based on Madrasas implemented by MTs Darul Wustho Jerowaru namely: Plan madrasa development, management curriculum, learning process management teaching, studentship management, management educators and staff education, management facilities and infrastructure. Factor supporters in the implementation of madrasa-based management are that there exists good relationships and cooperation between teachers, principals, parent participants, society and government student centers or areas, adequate teachers, and facilities and infrastructure that can support learning process activities. The inhibiting factor is the lack of attention and participation in society, government centers, or areas in madrasa development and the lack of madrasah finance.

Abstract

Marketing strategy training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Tembere Hamlet, Batu Nampar Village, aims to improve the understanding and ability of UMKM actors in marketing products effectively and efficiently. This training is designed to provide insight into the importance of digital marketing, the use of social media, and community-based marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase the competitiveness of local products. Through interactive counseling methods and direct practice, participants are expected to be able to identify market potential, design appropriate marketing strategies, and optimize existing resources. The expected results of this training are increased participants' knowledge and skills in designing marketing strategies that can accelerate the growth and sustainability of their businesses. This training is expected to have a positive impact on improving the local economy in Tembere Hamlet, by strengthening the presence of UMKM in a wider market.

Abstract

The training on Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) management strategies in Batu Nampar Village aims to improve the management and development capacity of BUMDes that can contribute to the village economy. This training focuses on a basic understanding of village business management, from planning, organizing, to monitoring and evaluation. In addition, participants are also trained in identifying the potential of local resources that can be developed into profitable and sustainable businesses. The training methods used include lectures, group discussions, case studies, and practical simulations that allow participants to directly apply theory in real contexts in their villages. It is hoped that after participating in this training, BUMDes managers in Batu Nampar Village can implement more effective strategies in managing and developing BUMDes, which in turn can improve the welfare of village communities.

Abstract

Each company carries out various designs, even revolutions carried out in forming competitive advantages by competing in all lines of management, even to the investor factor, in order to realize quality watch products at the lowest prices. This study focuses on finding the competitive advantage of companies engaged in the bottled drinking water (AMDK) business. Specifically, the objectives formulated are to determine and analyze the assessment criteria of consumers of each brand of bottled drinking water (brands Narmada, Aqua and Neutral) for the differentiation produced as an effort to create competitive advantage and to determine the differences in the assessment of each consumer on each differentiation that exists in each brand of bottled drinking water (brands Narmada, Aqua and Neutral). This study is comparative. The analytical tool used is the Kruskal Wallis test, by first describing the findings of each respondent's assessment of the seven competitive advantage factors. The results of this study are that the highest assessment of competitive advantage was obtained by PT. Tirta Investama with the Aqua brand of AMDK product. This has implications for relatively guaranteed market control at PT. Tita Investama in the Masbagik village market, compared to other brands of AMDK. There is a significant difference in the respondents' assessment of the competitive advantage factors (product, service, personnel, channel, image, price and promotion) created by PT, Narmada Awet Muda, PT. Tirta Investama and Harum Manis company.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, many Muslims still cannot read the Quran. This is due to unfavorable circumstances and the inability of those studying the Quran to choose an effective reading method. The objectives to be achieved in this study are To find out how the implementation process and what are the challenges with the Iqro' method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of early childhood in Mentari Kindergarten. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a survey research design. In this study, researchers used three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that has been used is descriptive analysis technique with components of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study, it can be concluded that 1) The process of implementing the Iqro' method involves the stages of selection, identification of abilities, explanation of materials, talaqqi sessions, interaction, and reinforcement inside and outside the classroom; 2) The application of the Iqro' method has a significant positive impact in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of early childhood in Mentari Batu Nampar. This method not only improves reading skills and tajwid understanding, but also motivates students to be more active and enthusiastic in studying the Qur'an. These impacts create a learning environment that supports the spiritual and academic development of children; and 3) The application of the Iqro' method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of early childhood children at Mentari Batu Nampar Kindergarten faces a number of challenges, namely difficulties in understanding tajwid, lack of family support, limited time, and the need for variation in learning.

Research results This show that, the role of the Head Schools in Improving the Quality of Education at Madrasah Aliyah NW Penendem is with way, set up professional educators, provide an environment conducive to learning, make appropriate programs with need student as well as and give motivation to learn. Abstract

The potential of the tourism sector has a huge influence on the lives of local communities, such as the presence of traders selling various foods, drinks, and souvenirs, as well as providing transportation and various other services. This research aims to find out what the impact of community economic income through tourism is, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism development in Pare Mas village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to explain or describe a situation, event, or object such as a person, or anything related to research. Analysis of data obtained based on data in the field, the analysis process has four stages, namely reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. Based on research conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) an Analysis of the impact of tourism in Pare Mas village on community income including (a) Business opportunities, and the impact of tourism in Pare Mas village in terms of community business opportunities to open business opportunities for them. This impact was felt directly by business people who previously did not work or housewives who had no income, as well as by people who previously worked but saw better opportunities at tourist attractions. (b) Infrastructure development, the existence of tourist attractions influences the development or improvement of better infrastructure, such as the construction of road access, prayer rooms, and bathrooms to attract tourists. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism, (a) Supporting factors, support from the government by providing financial assistance every year, participation of Pokdarwis youth in Pare Mas village in conveying their ideas and aspirations, and community participation in managing tourist attractions in Pare Mas village. (b) Inhibiting factors, unfavorable weather which results in fewer visitors coming, promotions are still lacking, and human resources are still inadequate.

Results data Study student obtained with use test. Collected data Then analyzed with use technique analysis statistics, the formula used is Based t-test formula results data analysis obtained t- count of 64.67 and the t- table value is 1.708 at the level significant 5% with dk 25 of 1.708, p the shows t- count more big from t- table (64.67 > 1.708). With thereby can concluded that method presentation (advanced organizer) effect positive and significant to results Study class X MA DA Jerowaru.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is closely related to the quality of education, from basic education to higher education. The pace of development of science and technology today has had a huge influence or impact on the field of education and teaching. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Problem-Based Instruction (PBI) learning model in improving student learning outcomes in class 3 economics subjects at SMPN 2 Jerowaru. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The research design used was a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group. The population in this study were all 3rd grade students at SMPN 2 Jerowaru, totaling 2 classes, namely class III1, and III2. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling, and those selected as samples were class III2 as the experimental class and III1 as the control class. Meanwhile, the data analysis test was carried out using the chi-square data normality test, and the data homogeneity test using the Bartlet test, while the hypothesis testing technique used was parametric statistical analysis, namely the t-test. After data analysis was carried out, the average value of the experimental group was obtained. 73.83 and the control group 57.83. This means that the use of the Problem-Based Instruction Model can improve the quality of solving the questions given, while from the results of hypothesis testing it is obtained ???? ℎi???????????? g > ???? ????????????????????, namely 20.21 > 1.6948. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted (Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted), meaning that the problem-based instruction learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in class 3 economics subjects at SMPN 2 Jerowaru.
