Abstract

Perusahaan kesehatan saat ini semakin bergantung pada teknologi informasi untuk mendukung operasional, pelayanan pasien, dan pengelolaan data. Namun, penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam lingkungan perusahaan kesehatan juga membawa risiko tertentu. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap manajemen risiko teknologi informasi di perusahaan kesehatan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tinjauan literatur, wawancara dengan praktisi industri, dan studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mengatasi risiko yang terkait dengan teknologi informasi dalam konteks perusahaan kesehatan. Melalui implementasi langkah-langkah proaktif seperti peninjauan kebijakan keamanan, pemantauan keamanan, pelatihan karyawan, pengujian keamanan, dan kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal. Siloam Hospital Group berhasil meningkatkan keamanan data pasien, mematuhi regulasi privasi data, dan meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan di seluruh organisasi.

Abstract

The research uses both qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as interviews and questionnaires as data collection tools. The aim of this study is to determine the number of users of the Montirkeliling.com application and to project the likelihood of changes in the application's usage. In the study of the Analysis of Mobile Application Usage Prediction for the startup Montirkeliling.com, the Markov Chain method is employed. In the context of Montirkeliling.com application usage, the Markov Chain method is used to calculate and predict changes in the number of application users over time based on past usage patterns. This method allows for modeling transitions between different states or conditions, thereby aiding in understanding and probabilistically predicting user behavior. The research provides valuable insights for decision-makers regarding the use of the Montirkeliling.com application. The analysis of the data shows a change in the application's usage, initially relatively high but continuously decreasing, with an increase projected in the following years.

Abstract

Abstract : The COBIT Framework 2019 is an international framework designed to regulate and control e-Government services, focusing on security, efficiency, and effectiveness, to ensure effective governance in modern society. The Palembang Communication and Information Office conducted an assessment of the maturity level of information system risk management using the COBIT 2019 framework. This study aims to provide benefits to e-Government service managers at the Palembang City Communication and Information Office by understanding the maturity level of e-Government service governance, understanding the role of the COBIT 2019 framework in measuring this maturity, providing references for e-Government service managers, and developing and managing government service governance. The results showed that the level of enterprise IT Risk management capability was at level 3 in the EDM03 domain and level 2 in the APO12 domain. However, limited access to research affected these results. The capabilities of the organization have a GAP level of 1 each, with level 4 in the EDM03 domain and 3 in the APO12 domain. Abstrak : Kerangka COBIT 2019 adalah kerangka kerja internasional yang dirancang untuk mengatur dan mengendalikan layanan e-Government, dengan fokus pada keamanan, efisiensi, dan efektivitas, untuk memastikan tata kelola yang efektif dalam masyarakat modern. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Palembang melakukan penilaian tingkat kematangan manajemen risiko sistem informasi dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada pengelola layanan e-Government pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Palembang dengan memahami tingkat kematangan tata kelola layanan e-Government, memahami peran framework COBIT 2019 dalam mengukur kematangan tersebut, memberikan referensi bagi para pengelola layanan e-Government, dan pengembangan dan pengelolaan tata kelola pelayanan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas manajemen Risiko TI perusahaan berada pada level 3 pada domain EDM03 dan level 2 pada domain APO12. Namun, terbatasnya akses penelitian mempengaruhi hasil ini. Kapabilitas yang dimiliki organisasi memiliki level GAP masing-masing sebesar 1, dengan level 4 pada domain EDM03 dan 3 pada domain APO12.

Abstract

Di era teknologi yang terus berkembang, Internet of Things (IoT) menjadi puncak inovasi, memungkinkan integrasi antara berbagai perangkat fisik untuk bertukar informasi. Interaksi ini menciptakan sinergi antara operator, layanan, dan perangkat dalam satu sistem terintegrasi. Aplikasi praktis dari kemajuan ini tercermin dalam konsep rumah pintar, yang menawarkan kontrol jarak jauh dan peningkatan kenyamanan serta efisiensi energi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan rumah pintar menggunakan platform ESP32, yang berperan sebagai penghubung akses jaringan internet. Pengguna dapat mengendalikan perangkat elektronik di rumah lewat aplikasi smartphone, memberikan kemudahan dalam manajemen energi. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada jarak 20-meter menghasilkan waktu respons antara 5 hingga 40 detik, tergantung pada kondisi jaringan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kontrol perangkat elektronik efektif bahkan pada jaringan yang berbeda. Implementasi sistem rumah pintar ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi energi, tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah dalam aspek kenyamanan dan keamanan rumah tangga.

Abstract

 Information Technology (IT) audit is a critical process that ensures the IT infrastructure within an organization operates effectively and aligns with its strategic objectives. However, with the increasing complexity of IT architecture, a more structured and holistic approach is required. This study aims to analyze how the TOGAF framework can be integrated into the IT audit process to enhance its effectiveness. Through a literature review involving 15 scientific references, it was found that TOGAF integration can improve the alignment between IT architecture and business strategy, enhance risk management, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. TOGAF also provides a structured guideline for auditors to comprehensively assess IT architecture. The findings of this study suggest that the TOGAF framework offers an effective solution to address the growing challenges in IT audits by providing a comprehensive and measurable approach.   Keywords— Information Technology Audit, TOGAF, IT risk management, regulatory compliance, IT architecture, business strategy

Abstract

The implementation of effective information technology (IT) internal control is essential in ensuring optimal IT governance and supporting the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of IT internal control based on the COBIT 2019 framework. The research methods used were surveys, in-depth interviews, and document analysis in a company that has implemented COBIT 2019 for three years. The results showed that the effectiveness of IT internal control was measured through the five main domains of COBIT 2019, with an average score above 4, indicating effective implementation. The Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess domain recorded the highest score (4.4), reflecting the company's success in continuous monitoring and evaluation. In addition, the implementation of this framework has succeeded in reducing IT security incidents by 50% in the last three years. However, the Build, Acquire, and Implement domain had the lowest score (4.0), indicating the need for improvement in project management and new technology acquisition. This study confirms that the COBIT 2019 framework is an effective tool for improving IT internal control. Recommendations for strengthening implementation include increased training, periodic evaluations, and adoption of new technologies to support the sustainability of IT governance.   Keywords—IT internal control, COBIT 2019, IT governance, effectiveness, risk assessment

Abstract

Studi Purpose- Mental coaching in the sport of pencak silat is a very important indicator that must be possessed by an athlete to support the athlete's performance during the match, so that the athlete has concentration and self-control when the athlete is under pressure so that the athlete can make good and correct decisions and coordinate themselves as well as possible. One type of mental training is through motivation. It is seen that training alone is not enough to support success in achievement, but there are still other factors that determine this success, including achievement motivation. Method. The type of research conducted is descriptive research. This research was conducted in the Rimbo Bujang District, Tebo Regency on November 1-2, 2024. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 20 people. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive technique. Result and Discussion. Based on the results of the intrinsic factor motivation questionnaire study, it had an average of 34.96 (84.76%) with a very good category. Intrinsic factors are divided into four indicators with the finding that the success indicator has an average percentage of 82.86% with a very good category, the needs indicator has an average of 84.46% with a very good category, the ideals indicator has a percentage of 89% with a very good category, the remaining 45.24% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses penerbitan E-KTP di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuasin, dengan menilai kesesuaiannya terhadap tujuan strategis dinas tersebut. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui tinjauan literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan analisis. Fokus penelitian pada Bagian Pemanfaatan Data dan Dokumen serta Bagian Teknologi dan Komunikasi Tata Kelola & Sumber Daya Manusia bertujuan untuk memperkuat tata kelola TI. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-KTP, yang diimplementasikan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5, berhasil mengelola proses TI dengan efektif, dengan sebagian besar proses mencapai tingkat kemahiran yang diharapkan. Namun, pengelolaan keberlanjutan di bawah DSS04 masih berada pada level 2, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan di area ini dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan.   This study aims to evaluates the effectiveness of information technology in the E-KTP (Electronic Resident Identity Card) issuance process at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banyuasin Regency, assessing its alignment with the office's strategic goals. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach, data were gathered through literature reviews, observations, interviews, and analyses. The study focuses on the Data and Document Utilization and Technology and Communications Governance & Human Resources sections to bolster IT governance. Findings indicate that the E-KTP system, implemented under the COBIT 5 framework, effectively manages IT processes, with most reaching expected proficiency levels. However, sustainability management under DSS04 remains at level 2, suggesting that improvements in this area could significantly enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
