Abstract

Harmony in a household is the dream of every married couple. Building a harmonious family relationship means the establishment of a romantic relationship between married couples in a family and includes everything that has a relationship in the welfare and tranquility of a family. Even though the family does not have an offspring. The research was conducted in Tlogo Village, Kanigoro District, Blitar Regency. With informants 5 families who have no offspring, after approximately 10 households. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research methods used are observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study show that the 5 families have good household conditions, despite not having a child. The method used by the 5 families in maintaining harmony in the household is by worshiping together, spending time, commitment, appreciation and affection, conducting medical and non-medical treatment and adoption.

Abstract

This study examines the Blitar Regency Culture and Tourism Office's policy to increase visitor numbers at the Penataran Museum and identifies the obstacles encountered in its implementation. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included cultural staff from the relevant office, Penataran Museum staff, and museum visitors. The results indicate that the office has implemented a policy encompassing three main aspects: improving access and services, protecting and developing collections, and sustainable collection management. Participatory programs such as education, cultural competitions, and information publications are also implemented to attract visitors, especially the younger generation. However, the implementation of this policy still faces various obstacles, such as limited personnel, time management, lack of collaboration with surrounding tourist destinations, and suboptimal publication, especially through digital media.

Abstract

Organisasi pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan dalam merealisasikan nilai-nilai egaliter yang diajarkan agama ke dalam praktik organisasi yang inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja Islami terhadap kesetaraan gender di SDI Ma'arif Plosokerep Kota Blitar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan total sampling 19 guru dan pegawai tetap. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5, dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas Pearson Product Moment Correlation, reliabilitas Cronbach's Alpha, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi amanah dan taʿāwun mencapai korelasi tertinggi (0,702 dan 0,722), sementara kesetaraan gender di institusi menunjukkan profil progresif dengan korelasi Y2 mencapai 0,939. Analisis regresi menghasilkan koefisien regresi 0,574 dengan signifikansi 0,042 (p < 0,05), membuktikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya kerja Islami terhadap kesetaraan gender. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,245 menunjukkan 24,5% variasi kesetaraan gender dijelaskan oleh budaya kerja Islami. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sistematis dimensi-dimensi budaya kerja Islami relevan sebagai strategi memperkuat komitmen institusi pendidikan terhadap kesetaraan gender, meskipun masih diperlukan perhatian terhadap faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kesetaraan gender di lingkungan kerja.
