Abstract

Cancer is a group of deadly diseases that attack human organs with an increasing number of cases and an increasing number of deaths from year to year. Free radicals as unstable molecules are one of the triggers for the emergence of cancer. Katang-katang or I. pes-caprae L. is a plant that could be found on almost all tropical coasts. So it has the potential to be developed as herbal medicine. This study used Flowers of I. pes-caprae L. as the research sample. This study aimed to identify the anticancer and antioxidant potential of the flower extract of I. pes-caprae L extracted with water as a solvent. This research included the phytochemical test of secondary metabolites, identification of anticancer potential based on the toxicity test using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT), and the antioxidant activity test using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. The results showed that the flower extract of I. pes-caprae L. from water solvent contained active compounds including alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and terpenoids. The extract also has the potential as an anticancer with an LC50 value of 170.8441 ppm and strong antioxidant activity with an IC50 value of 71.7895 ppm.

Abstract

Analyzing shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers. The advantages of Clarissa Store lie in its fashion that follows trends, reasonable prices, and easy accessibility for consumers to obtain products both offline and online through check-out. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaire distribution, and various literature reviews. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling was done using non-probability purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 93 respondents. The research findings indicate: (1) The influenc e of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers, as seen from the latest model indicators, is that consumers are interested in products that are constantly updated according to current trends, which can support their lifestyle, boost self-confidence, and self-recognition. (2) The influence of fashion involvement on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers. Fashion is an important aspect to support consumers' activities since it is no longer solely based on daily style but also an individual's self-image in the public eye. (3) The research results prove that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have an impact on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers. Consumers who shop at Clarissa Store Jombang have a spontaneous urge to make unplanned purchases.

Abstract

Isotonic drink is the carbonated or non-carbonated drink product used to subtitute the fluid lost in the body. Lack of fluid in the body can cause muscle fatigue until causing the performance decrease in athlete. Isotonic drink can accelerate the return of body fluid compared to water. The purpose of this research was to analyze the content of energy, sodium, potassium, and Vitamin C in isotonic drink with raw material coconut water, pure coconut oil, bee bread, palm vinegar, and honey as high energy natural istotonic drink. The research design used was descriptive observation based laboratory test. The data analysis employed SPSS 22 programs namely by carrying out descriptive test until obtained the average for each isotonic namely 247,491 kkla, sodium 77,085 mg.kg, potassium 1000,785 mg/kg and Vitamin C 2,112 mg. This research concluded that the energy drink content has fulfilled the quality specification of isotonic drink, while the sodium and potassium level do not fulfill the quality specification of isotonic drink yet. Likewise with the Vitamin C content which also does not fulfill the Referrence of Nutrition Label namely 10%.

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze influence quality service , price , and place to interest buy repeat through satisfaction customer at CV Lina Fakhirah , one perpetrator business retail in the District Tebing Tinggi. The method used is quantitative with distribution questionnaire to 100 respondents who were CV Lina Fakhirah consumers . Data processing is carried out using equation model Structural Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that variables price and place influential significant to satisfaction customers , whereas quality service No influential significant . In terms of directly , only variables influential place? significant to interest buy repeat . On the other hand , satisfaction customer proven own influence significant to interest buy repeat as well as mediate connection between price and place to interest buy repeat . However , the influence No direct quality service through satisfaction to interest buy repeat No significant . Research model This own Power very strong prediction with R² value of 90.4% for interest buy repeat and 77.7% for satisfaction customers , as well as Q² value of 0.979. Findings This emphasize that competitive pricing strategy and location? strategic shop? own role dominant in form loyalty customers . On the other hand , quality service need improvement in order to be able to give contribution significant to satisfaction and interest buy repeat . Implications in practice , the perpetrator business retail need prioritize development aspect price and location , as well as create experience satisfying shopping? For increase loyalty customer .
