Abstract

Individu mengkomunikasikan rangsangan kepada orang lain, biasanya secara verbal, untuk mengubah perilaku mereka. Proses ini dikenal sebagai komunikasi (Hovlan, Janis, dan Kelly). Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana sifat dan komunikasi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan siswa. Dengan menggunakan studi lapangan dan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian diselesaikan dengan mengumpulkan sumber pustaka primer dan sekunder. Menurut rumusan penelitian, data dikategorikan dalam penelitian ini (Darmalaksana, 2020) Untuk mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran berdasarkan kondisi setiap siswa dan mengidentifikasi batas antara perilaku yang harus diajarkan kepada siswa dan perilaku yang tidak, penting untuk dilakukan. menganalisis ciri-ciri dan perkembangan awal peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui komunikasi yang efektif dan pendekatan yang menerima siswa apa adanya. Untuk menjamin komunikasi yang efektif, pendidik perlu mempertimbangkan kepribadian siswa usia sekolah dasar. Komunikasi sejak dini harus didorong dan dibangun berdasarkan pemahaman guru. Tentu saja, ada lebih banyak cara untuk berkomunikasi di luar hanya sekedar berdiskusi. Misalnya, seseorang dapat menunjukkan kepada seseorang bahwa mereka membayar dengan mendengarkan atau menggunakan kata-kata yang memberi semangat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, product diversification, and price on purchasing decisions of Business Centre HNI HPAI products in Medan City. The research background is based on the increasing need for halal products in Indonesia, especially in the herbal-based health product category. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 112 HNI HPAI consumers in Medan City. The independent variables consist of product quality, product diversification, and price, while the dependent variable is purchasing decision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, with the results showing that all independent variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination of 67.2% indicates that these three variables explain most of the variation in purchasing decisions. This study concludes that product quality has the most dominant influence, followed by price and product diversification. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to maintain product quality, increase product variety, and offer competitive prices to strengthen competitiveness in the halal herbal product market.

Abstract

The advancement of educational quality has to align with the advancement of the nation's civilization as capitalization in the future. As we enter the industrial revolution, the quality of education must improve. However, in order to increase the quality of schools today, the principal's influence and the successes of educators are required, because the principal is the school's leader and has authority in the school. Appropriate leadership is the force that bridges the changing demands of Industry 4.0. every leader is required to keep abreast of technological developments so that they can lead, improve, control, direct, and motivate their members who participate in organizing and improving educational learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study aims to identify the quality of school principals in their leadership and teacher performance when improving school quality according to changing times, especially in the 4.0 era. The design applied to this research is a qualitative method. The results of this discussion came to the conclusion that school principals and the performance of teachers must be able to use technology in schools because it is very much needed in the current era of the digital revolution 4.0, it is necessary to realize existing potential and improve and explore the need for readiness of school leaders to face the challenges of the digital revolution 4.0
