Abstract

The issue of legality is on the JRMK agenda as a fulfillment of the political campaign promise of the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan in the 2017 Pilkada. Anies Baswedan promised to give legal rights to land in disputed areas. However, this promise has not been fulfilled until the end of the Anies period. The purpose of this study is to find out the main focus and issues in the advocacy of the JRMK movement in the case of land legality in Kampung Susun Akuarium, in addition, to find out the Mobilizing Structures of the JRMK Jakarta advocacy movement and how JRMK manages the resources of the movement. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews and in-depth observations. The results of this study see that the main focus of JRMK in advocating is to demand that the ownership status of the flats can be owned. JRMK's effort to oversee the issue of land legality in the Kampung Susun Akuarium is to take advantage of the political contract between JRMK and Anies Baswedan. The actions taken by JRMK in raising the legality of land proved that JRMK's social activities took the opportunity to change policies. Management and organization of owned resources is an important indicator to determine the success of the Kampung Akuarium community movement. Through the process of widening relations and the number of masses, the movement does not only need to increase resources, but increase the capacity and strength of the movement to the city structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola asuh terhadap pertumbuhan moral anak yang berkontribusi pada maraknya penggunaan narkoba di lingkungan Kelurahan Kayujati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan orang tua, guru, serta pihak terkait lainnya di kelurahan tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola asuh meliputi kurangnya perhatian orang tua, komunikasi yang tidak efektif, serta pengaruh lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung. Pola asuh yang cenderung permisif dan otoriter, serta rendahnya pengawasan terhadap anak, turut memperburuk kondisi moral dan meningkatkan rentanannya terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba. Selain itu, peran lingkungan yang minim dalam memberikan pendidikan karakter turut memperburuk pengendalian diri anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor pola asuh yang kurang optimal memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap pertumbuhan moral anak, yang berimplikasi pada tingginya angka penyalahgunaan narkoba di Kelurahan Kayujati. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan peran aktif dari keluarga dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih mendukung perkembangan moral anak agar dapat mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

In essence, fundamentalism can appear in any religion and in any country, including Islam in Indonesia. The emergence of the Islamic Fundamentalist movement in Indonesia is an event that is certain to occur, considering that Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Religious movements that are fundamental and revivalist in nature have become an event that colors the world of politics, social, culture, and the image of contemporary Islam in Indonesia. The emergence of movements from Islamic fundamentalism groups in Indonesia occurred massively after the end of the New Order regime or the reform era. The democratization that has taken place in Indonesia has made it possible for various communities to gather or associate, such as the movement of Islamic fundamentalist groups in Indonesia. The secularization and affiliation of western hegemony in the New Order regime has become a strong assumption for the birth of this group in the reform era. Movements from Islamic Fundamentalism groups in Indonesia during the reform era such as for example, Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), Jemaah Islamiyah (JI), and the Indonesian Mujahidin Council. Therefore, this paper will comprehensively discuss the rationale and characteristics of the Islamic fundamentalist movement, as well as analyze the emergence of Islamic fundamentalist groups in Indonesia during the reform era in order to determine how far the fundamentalist movement has contributed to the harmonization of religious life in Indonesia.

Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 virus is the infectious agent that causes COVID-19, a feverish condition brought on by inflammation in the infected patient’s body. Sungkai leaf (Peronema canescens Jack) is one of the Indonesian people who rely on herbal remedies to treat COVID-19. This study aims to determine how much flavonoids are present in ethanol, ethyl acetate, and n-hexane extracts, as well as the anti-inflammatory properties of ethanol extract, ethanol fraction, and n-hexane fraction of Sungkai leaves. The procedure was performed in-vitro with a UV-Visible spectrophotometer by observing the absorption response to inhibition of denaturation of inflammatory protein. The inhibition value was then computed via linear regression, and the IC50 and IC70 values were ascertained afterward. The ethanol fraction, ethanol extract, and n-hexane fraction in this investigation had the best inhibition values (%) at a concentration of 15 ppm, corresponding to 74.27%, 54.48%, and 18.52%. The sungkai leaves ethanol fraction > n-hexane fraction > ethanol extract had the best IC50 and IC70 values. Comparatively, the ethanol extract contained the largest amounts of flavonoids, 38.782 μg/mL.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management system of the New Student Admission (PPDB) process at SMP Negeri 1 Panyabungan and propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness and transparency of student selection. A case study approach with a descriptive qualitative method was employed. Data were collected through interviews with the principal, PPDB committee members, and parents of prospective students, as well as documentation of procedures and selection results for the 2023/2024 academic year. The findings reveal that although the school has implemented an online-based admission system in accordance with government regulations, several challenges persist. These include limited public understanding of online registration procedures, inadequate technological access, and perceived unfairness in the zoning policy implementation. To address these issues, the study recommends strengthening public outreach through local media, providing a technology assistance center at the school, and developing transparency features such as real-time application tracking. With these improvements, the PPDB process at SMP Negeri 1 Panyabungan is expected to become more equitable, efficient, and accountable. This study offers practical insights for other schools facing similar challenges in transitioning to a digital-based student admission system.
