Abstract

Learning motivation has a strong relationship with academic achievement in science subjects in elementary schools. Learning motivation refers to the drive that comes from within the students or from their surrounding environment that encourages them to learn. This study employs a literature review method to examine the relationship between learning motivation and students' academic achievement in science subjects in elementary schools. The results show that high learning motivation will encourage students to be more diligent, persistent, and enthusiastic in learning science. Active involvement in the learning process, ability to manage study time, and perseverance in completing science assignments will positively impact the attainment of optimal academic achievement in science subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the results of the ability to read poetry by using audiovisual learning media on the theme of my dreams of grade IV students of SDN 105326 Bangun Rejo. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Researchers used an instrument in the form of a poetry reading ability test consisting of vocal, intonation, rhythm, visualization, and expression assessments. The subjects of this study consisted of 32 fourth grade students of SDN 105326 Bangun Rejo in the 2022-2023 academic year. The results showed that the use of audiovisual learning media on the ability to read poetry of grade IV students of SDN 105326 Bangun Rejo increased from pre-research, cycle I, to cycle II. In the pre-research, 20 students achieved learning completeness while 12 other students had not yet reached completion, with the percentage of completeness reaching 57.14%; cycle I classical learning completeness reached 23 students completed, 9 other students did not complete, with the percentage of completeness reaching 65.71%; In cycle II learning completeness reached 27 students completed, 5 students did not complete, and the percentage of completeness reached 84.38%. Thus, it can be concluded that using audio-visual media can improve the reading skills of poetry on the theme of my dreams of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 105326 Bangun Rejo.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui  Tingkat Motivasi Atlet Futsal Putri Independen Pekanbaru Dalam Bermain Futsal.  Didalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase dimana setelah data yang diperlukan terkumpul, diklasifikasikan menurut perumusan yang telah ditentukan, data yang bersifat kualitatif, yang digambarkan dengan kata-kata atau kalimat menurut kategori yang telah ditentukan untuk memperoleh suatu kesimpulan. Penelitian populasi ini penulis mengambil seluruh atlet Putri Independen Pekanbaru sebanyak 23 atlet. Dengan demikian sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 23 atlet Putri yang ada di Independen Pekanbaru. Teknik pengumpulan data kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik persentase yang bertujuan untuk menarik kesimpulan dengan alat bantu hitung. Teknik analisis persentase ini digunakan untuk melihat tingkat motivasi atlet futsal putri independen pekanbaru dalam bermain futsal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, deskripsi hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan, bahwa motivasi atlet futsal putri Independen Pekanbaru dalam bermain futsal diketahui sebanyak 5 atlet (21,74%) mempunyai motivasi dalam bermain futsal kategori tinggi, sebanyak 6 atlet ( 26,09%) mempunyai kategori tinggi, sebanyak 4 atlet (17,39%) mempunyai kategori sedang, sebanyak 4 atlet (17,39%) mempunyai rendah dan sebanyak 4 atlet (17,39) mempunyai kategori sangat rendah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi atlet futsal putri Independen Pekanbaru dalam bermain futsal sedang, rendah dan sangat rendah sebesar (52,17%).
