Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are companies with a single owner, manager, and a limited number of capital investors. In this study, descriptive qualitative research is used. gathering information or data for research through observation and interviews. According to studies done through interviews, Cafe Aceh Meutuah Khupie did not adhere to Micro, Small, and Medium Entity Accounting Standards and only kept financial records of its sales, purchases of raw materials, staff compensation costs, and other costs (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the quality of human resources on service improvement. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a research method that uses qualitative data and described descriptively. The results of the study show that (1) at Cafe Aceh Meutuah Khupie there is no shortage of human resource management to improve service, but the deficiencies are caused by the owner's decision to follow the goal of opening a new cafe branch. (2) The sales promotion carried out by Cafe Aceh Meutuah Khupie is only based on word of mouth from customers and does not carry out other sales promotions. (3) Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (4) Consumer satisfaction moderates (weakens) the influence of consumer quality. (5) Cafe atmosphere has a big effect on customer loyalty.Researchers can give to UMKM are to provide SOP (standard operating procedures) to employees so that employees and production trips can produce maximum products.

Abstract

The study aim to know are there communication style and leadership style affect the loyalty of baristas in Medan coffee shops. The baristas in Medan City were the subjects of this study. The Associative Qualitative Method is the research technique employed; samples must fulfill the study specifications and have a minimum sample size of thirty respondents (Sugiyono, 2018: 138). Based on the data obtained from the distributed questionnaires, it results in a communication style that has a positive effect on barista loyalty. However, leadership style has no effect on barista loyalty
