Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), workload, and compensation on employee productivity at PT Cahaya Karya Bersama. The background of this research lies in the importance of human resource management in enhancing company performance amid intense business competition. Despite the company’s efforts in providing safety facilities and implementing OHS systems, issues still arise such as low employee awareness of safety procedures, unequal workload distribution, and dissatisfaction with compensation systems, particularly in relation to BPJS Health services. This study employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents via Google Form, with data analyzed using SPSS 25. The results indicate that partially, OHS, workload, and compensation variables have a significant effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, these three variables also jointly contribute significantly to productivity enhancement. Therefore, the company must further optimize OHS implementation, ensure workload alignment with employee capacity, and improve its compensation system to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Venezia Footwear Jombang. The research approach used was explanatory quantitative, with the population covering all project employees. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling, and data was collected through a questionnaire using the Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that compensation, motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. In addition, compensation and motivation also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not show a significant influence on performance. Job satisfaction has been shown to mediate the influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance, but it does not mediate the influence of the work environment. These findings confirm that increased compensation and motivation are key factors in driving job satisfaction and employee performance. Although the work environment has no direct effect on performance, it still plays an important role in creating a supportive work environment. The practical implications of this study are the need for a managerial strategy that focuses on strengthening the compensation system and developing work motivation to increase productivity and employee satisfaction in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of organizational commitment in supporting the success of educational institutions, particularly at MTs Unggulan Darul Hikam Mojokerto. Organizational commitment is essential for achieving the long-term goals of an institution, and it is influenced by various factors, including teamwork and employee loyalty. Work motivation plays a critical role as a mediating variable that connects these factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of teamwork and employee loyalty on organizational commitment, with motivation as an intervening variable. To achieve this, a quantitative approach was employed with a census method, involving 52 employees as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires, which were tested for validity and reliability. The analysis utilized multiple linear regression, path analysis, and the Sobel test to determine the relationships between the variables. The results revealed that both teamwork and employee loyalty significantly impact organizational commitment, both directly and indirectly through motivation. This suggests that enhancing teamwork and employee loyalty can lead to higher motivation, which, in turn, strengthens organizational commitment. The study's practical implications highlight the need for educational institutions to focus on improving human resource management strategies by fostering better teamwork, increasing employee loyalty, and motivating staff. These measures are vital for building a workforce that is deeply committed to the institution’s mission and vision, thus ensuring its success in the competitive educational landscape. Abstract

Effective recruiting and training initiatives play a crucial role in facilitating the attainment of a company's predetermined goals and objectives. Hence, enhancing the skills and capabilities of every employee has significant importance. In order to establish the sample, a saturation sampling approach was used, consisting of 100 respondents. The data collecting method utilised for this study was the administration of a questionnaire. In order to address the issue statement and evaluate the presented hypothesis, statistical methods will be used using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 software. The assessment of research instruments via the use of validity, reliability, and descriptive data analytic examinations. The measurement of recruiting effectiveness encompasses three key indicators: basic recruitment, external sources, and the impact of recruitment techniques on work productivity is shown to be both positive and statistically significant. This assertion is supported by the findings of the first hypothesis test conducted on the impact of recruiting on work productivity, yielding a statistically significant result (X1) with a p-value of 0.000. Based on the available evidence, it may be inferred that the initial hypothesis has been validated and can be accepted. Training is assessed using six variables, specifically: teacher, participants, content, methods, objectives, and targets, and it has a substantial and favourable impact on job productivity. The findings of this study indicate that the second hypothesis, which examines the impact of training on work productivity, yielded a statistically significant result of 0.000. This suggests that the training intervention has a positive and substantial influence on work productivity. Consequently, the second hypothesis is verified and accepted. The statistical significance of the simultaneous test assessing the impact of X1.
