Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of work discipline in Banana Cauji micro, small and medium enterprises and to find out why Banana Cauji's performance is not optimal. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely an approach that tends to lead to descriptive research methods and information or data presented in the form of statements. The data obtained in this study is primary data where the information obtained by the researcher comes from the source. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results obtained, it shows that there are still employees who have not implemented work discipline properly such as being late for work and absent. This conclusion confirms that there are no written rules and clear penalties and Banana Cauji's performance is still not optimal because it is caused by poor work discipline.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor that cannot be separated from an organization, be it a government agency or a company. Training is the process by which new and existing employees acquire the skills they need to do their jobs. And Performance is emphasizing that employees are considered as a workforce that improves quality products and services. This research aims to find out why it is necessary to hold training in Tanjungwangi Village and to find out the implementation of employee training to improve the performance of Tanjungwangi Village employees. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The method used in this research is the interview method. The results of this research show that the training organized by Tanjungwangi Village is only limited to computer training, so that employees in the village have to rely on their independent abilities to support their work. However, the increase in employee performance in Tanjungwangi Village is not only caused by internal training in the village itself, but is also influenced by various technical guidance (bimtek) provided by the government at the sub-district, district and provincial levels. So, collaboration between internal village training and technical guidance provided by the government outside the village is important to improve employee performance in Tanjungwangi Village.

Abstract

In this modern era, morals are very crucial in life, especially in children. Parents as the first home for children have a very important role in fostering children in forming good morals. Teachers are also very influential in providing moral education for children so that they are good. This considers the points to see the role of parents and teachers in children's morals. This kind of search is qualitative through library searches, the source of information comes from writing in the form of books, copyrighted works, and other copyrighted sources found in print and electronic media, which are related to the role of parents and teachers in children's morals. The information checking strategy used can be in the form of a qualitative descriptive analysis strategy. The results of this study indicate that parents and teachers have a big contribution in structuring children's morals. This underlines that in a family parents and teachers are role models for children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of human resource management in improving the quality of education at SMA Muslimin Sindangkerta. This type of research uses descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection method used in this study is by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that the application of human resource management in improving the quality of education at SMA Muslimin Sindangkerta can include several stages including: 1). needs and information analysis, 2). teacher/employee recruitment, 3). employee induction, 4). teacher placement, 5). granting authority and responsibility, 6). implementation of supervision of employee performance, 7). career development, 8). termination of employment and 9). Provision of severance pay. While the supporting factors are 1). The existence of programs run by the school, 2). The existence of facilities and infrastructure that maximize the learning process, 3). The principal has many considerations and 4). There is an evaluation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the discovery of a problem, namely the lack of effective human resource (HR) management in facing global market challenges in the bag convection industry, especially at Konveksi Tas Baraya Sadaya. Many companies have difficulty optimizing the potential of their workforce to increase competitiveness and productivity in the international market. This study aims to analyze the HR management strategy implemented by Konveksi Tas Baraya Sadaya in facing global market competition and identify factors that influence the company's competitiveness in the bag convection industry. This study departs from a theory that effective HR management can improve employee technical skills, reduce turnover rates, and create deep loyalty, which in turn will contribute to the company's competitiveness in facing global market challenges. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, direct observation, and document review. The data analysis method is carried out with credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that HR management focused on developing technical skills and employee loyalty, without involving formal recruitment from outside the company, has proven effective in increasing the competitiveness of Konveksi Tas Baraya Sadaya in the global market. Trained technical skills and high commitment from employees are key factors in maintaining product quality and innovation needed to remain competitive

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Majakerta Village officials in managing social assistance and its impact on community satisfaction. The method used was a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with village officials, social assistance recipients, and community leaders. The results indicate that despite efforts in the distribution procedure, shortcomings remain, such as a lack of transparency and communication with the community. Community satisfaction is influenced by information transparency and speed of distribution. It is recommended that village officials increase outreach and implement a more transparent system in managing social assistance.

Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Teacher Performance at Wanaba Plus Kindergarten aims to analyze the performance of teachers at Wanaba Plus Kindergarten in their efforts to improve the quality of learning at the early childhood education level. The performance of teachers in kindergarten plays an important role in the learning process, they not only function as teachers, but also as directors of child development. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants of this research consist of teachers, principals, at Wanaba Plus Kindergarten. The results of the study indicate that the performance of teachers at Wanaba Plus Kindergarten, some teachers have not shown good performance, this is caused by several factors, including motivation, work environment, different children's needs, and the role of parents in supporting child development. This study concludes that to improve the quality of learning, it is necessary to improve teacher competence through training and the provision of adequate facilities. The results of this study are expected to contribute to efforts to improve teacher performance and the quality of learning at Wanaba Plus Kindergarten, and can be a consideration for other early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the performance and discipline of the apparatus in Panyadap village which has not achieved optimal results. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of work discipline and performance of the Panyadap village apparatus, as well as to analyze the factors that influence performance in the Panyadap village office. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data were obtained through interviews involving seven respondents. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data was collected, the steps taken were classification, examination, processing, analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the level of employee discipline in the Panyadap Village Office has not been running optimally. The work discipline in question includes compliance with existing regulations, responsibility in carrying out tasks, and discipline in working hours. However, employee work discipline is still low, as seen from the fact that there are still employees who are not punctual in arriving and leaving, which has an impact on the decline in the performance of the Panyadap Village office. In addition, there are employees who tend to delay the implementation of tasks. Factors that influence employee work discipline include a lack of communication between employees and superiors, as well as low awareness of being punctual and carrying out tasks well.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play a crucial and inseparable role in every organization, whether an institution or a company. The employee recruitment process in Mekarsari Village, according to the growing public opinion, is considered ineffective. The prevailing opinion is more negative than positive, such as the limited candidate selection and the suspicion that the selected candidates are relatives of insiders. Furthermore, the recruitment procedures are considered complicated and manual. The results of this study indicate that recruitment and selection in Mekarsari Village are conducted in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014, but several areas still need improvement. One example is the failure to publicly announce village apparatus recruitment, resulting in many residents being unaware of vacant village apparatus positions. The recruitment and selection process for village employees in Mekarsari Village, Ngamprah District, complies with Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Village Apparatus. There is no selection conducted in Mekarsari Village. In Mekarsari Village there is training or development for village officials to continue to develop their abilities, which usually can be done 2 or 3 times in 1 year for training or technical guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Majasetra Village apparatus in increasing public satisfaction. To find out what factors inhibit the performance of village apparatus in improving the quality of public services at the Majasetra Village Office, Majalaya City The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in the study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that the performance of village apparatus in Majasetra Village is still less than optimal in terms of the length of the work process, as well as aspects of commitment to the less than good attitudes of some Majasetra Village employees. Regarding aspects related to employee performance targets and work behavior, namely quantity, quality, cost, orientation, integrity, discipline, cooperation and leadership, it has been said to be good. The factors that inhibit employee performance that researchers found were the differences in attitudes given by Majasetra Village employees in serving the community, which gave rise to the assumption that there was social discrimination. Furthermore, there is a lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure in the Majasetra sub- district office, all of which cannot be used, especially in technological devices
