Abstract

Rice bran (Oryza sativa) is a layer of bran that is separated from the rice during removal during milling. In some literature, it is stated that rice bran has ingredients such as B complex vitamins, B15, vitamin E, protein, minerals, fat, fiber, calcium, essential amino acids and phenolic acids. This study aims to determine the formulation for gel peel-off masks with the active ingredient of rice bran acetone extract combined with grapefruit peel essential oil with concentrations of 5, 10, 15% (F1 without extract and F2, F3 and F4, each extract concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 15 %). Physical evaluation of peel-off gel mask preparations was carried out by organoleptic test, pH test, homogeneity test, drying time test, spreadability test, adhesion test; followed by a hedonic (favorite) test. The results of the evaluation of physical properties show that the formulas F1, F2, F3 and F4 have good physical properties and appearance. The hedonic test conducted showed that the panelists liked the peel-off gel mask preparation with the F2 formula the most. Based on this, it can be concluded that, the best formula is F2 ( 5% extract).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanajemen proyek sistem informasi perancangan web rincian penerbitan surat perintah pencairan dana pada badan keuangan aset dan daerah. Dimana, di dalam BKAD terdapat beberapa sistem pengelolaan keuangan diantara nya E-Keuangan, CMS, SIMBADA, E-Absensi, SIMDA. Diantara aplikasiaplikasi tersebut masih terdapat kekurangan contohnya Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) yang masih terhitung banyak memiliki data. Jenis penelitian ini diklasifikasikan pada jenis penelitian survei, yang menggunakan instrumen Public Financial Management(PFM). Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu, Penerapan sistem informasi keuangan terintegrasi dapat mengoptimalkan pembuatan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) dan Dokumen Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DPA), mengurangi keterlibatan manual, dan mempercepat alur kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to improve: social studies learning activities through the application of problem-based learning (PBL) assisted by PowerPoint, and social studies learning outcomes for SD NEGERI RAWU students in Serang City. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were students of class IV B of SD NEGERI RAWU City of Serang. The type of action applied is learning with the PBL approach assisted by PowerPoint and videos. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation, interviews. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. This analysis is to explain the development of the learning process and learning outcomes before and after implementing learning with PBL. The results of this study indicate that after carrying out learning actions by applying Powerpoint and video-assisted PBL: 1) there was an increase in learning activities by 57% in cycle I, and 5% in cycle II; 2) there was an increase in learning outcomes of 57.58% in cycle I, and 6.06% in cycle II; 3) there was an increase in learning completeness of 36.37% in cycle I, and 12.12% in cycle II; and 4) increased attitudes and skills of group cooperation by 24.24% in cycle II.

Abstract

Bacteria are agents that can be used widely and are genetically easy to manipulate and reproduce. Many studies related to the isolation and identification of bacterial isolates from Indonesia have been carried out for various purposes. This research is still ongoing and has never been informed about the abundance of data from previous studies. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of research topic trends related to the isolation and identification of bacterial isolates from Indonesia. The method used in this review is by setting inclusion and exclusion criteria and selecting a random sample of articles for analysis. The results of a review of research trends in isolation and identification of bacterial isolates from Indonesia showed four main topics discussed, namely the topics of food processing, agriculture, health, and bioremediation. Analysis of 41 articles shows that the most common discussion is the exploration of Lactate Origin-producing bacteria, the role of improving food quality. Furthermore, it was identified that the most isolated bacterial isolates came from food and plants, with 14 publications from a total of 41 articles. It can be concluded that exploratory research on Lactic Acid Bacteria for improving the quality of food products is currently the most studied topic by researchers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kontribusi dalam membantu UMKM Lastri Kitchen Snack and Catering yang berlokasi di Desa Bandung Kota Tegal. UMKM ini bergerak di bidang makanan ringan dan catering, namun masih mengalami kendala dalam pemasaran produknya karena belum memanfaatkan digital marketing secara optimal. Selain itu, brand awareness atau kesadaran merek dari konsumen juga masih perlu ditingkatkan, karena pemasaran produk masih di sekitar Kota Tegal, sehingga produk sulit menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Permasalahan ini menjadi penting untuk ditangani, mengingat perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mampu beradaptasi dan memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membangun kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produk secara digital serta membangun identitas merek yang kuat agar lebih mudah dikenali dan diminati oleh konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, pelatihan secara langsung, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Materi pelatihan meliputi strategi pemasaran digital, dan cara membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan melalui komunikasi digital yang efektif. Data diperoleh dari hasil dokumentasi kegiatan, rekaman wawancara, serta evaluasi sesudah kegiatan PKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola platform digital, strategi pemasaran, dan memahami pentingnya brand awareness dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, UMKM Lastri Kitchen Snack and Catering diharapkan dapat lebih mandiri dalam mengelola promosi dan mampu bersaing secara digital di tengah era transformasi teknologi yang kompetitif.

Abstract

General Background: In the era of digital transformation, efficient industrial asset maintenance is critical to meeting global competitiveness demands. Specific Background: Heavy equipment in sectors like construction, plantations, and agriculture requires significant investment and continuous maintenance, yet many companies still rely on manual, unscheduled, and reactive practices. Knowledge Gap: Limited research addresses the direct integration of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) with real-time, data-driven maintenance information systems tailored for heavy equipment operations. Aims: This study aims to develop and implement an integrated TPM-based heavy equipment maintenance information system to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and enhance decision-making. Results: Using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, the system identified performance gaps, with the highest OEE at 97% (Truck) and the lowest at 14% (Roller), enabling targeted maintenance actions. The integration reduced downtime, optimized resource use, and provided predictive insights. Novelty: Unlike prior studies focusing solely on TPM theory or measurement, this work delivers a practical, field-ready, IT-enabled solution directly integrated into daily heavy equipment operations. Implications: The approach offers a scalable model for other industries, supporting sustainable asset management through predictive, data-driven maintenance strategies.Highlight : Integrating TPM with information systems reduces downtime and improves performance. OEE is used to measure the availability, performance, and quality of heavy equipment. The system facilitates real-time monitoring and maintenance decision-making. Abstract

Efektivitas BUEK Dalam Pengelolaan Kawasan Pujasera Waterfront City Pasir Pengaraian Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, yang bertujuan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui pengembangan kawasan wisata di tepi Sungai Batang Lubuh. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menempatkan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Badan Usaha Ekonomi Kelurahan (BUEK) Pasir Pengaraian berperan dalam menata keuangan dan mengelola Waterfront City, namun terdapat keterbatasan anggaran sebagai faktor penghambat. Pengembangan pariwisata Waterfront City diharapkan memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya bagi masyarakat luas. Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman memiliki tugas dan fungsi terkait penyelenggaraan perumahan dan permukiman, sementara BUEK bertujuan mendorong perkembangan perekonomian masyarakat kelurahan. Waterfront City diharapkan menjadi pusat kuliner, hiburan, dan promosi daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori efektivitas dari Duncann, yang mencakup pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Waterfront City belum sepenuhnya efektif karena kurangnya koordinasi antara pemerintah daerah dan BUEK, serta kondisi fasilitas dan sarana prasarana yang kurang terpelihara.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, industri restoran dihadapkan pada tantangan yang semakin kompleks, termasuk perubahan perilaku konsumen, persaingan yang intens, dan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan aplikasi Android "Nusantara Food" sebagai solusi inovatif untuk manajemen restoran dan peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pemesanan meja dan makanan secara online, manajemen inventaris, serta analisis data pelanggan. Dengan memanfaatkan tingginya penggunaan smartphone di Indonesia, aplikasi berbasis Android ini tidak hanya membantu operasional harian restoran tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Melalui fitur-fitur seperti pemesanan online, reservasi meja, dan umpan balik pelanggan secara real-time, aplikasi ini berperan dalam mengoptimalkan layanan dan strategi pemasaran restoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model Waterfall dalam pengembangan aplikasi, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Nusantara Food dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan kualitas layanan restoran, serta membantu restoran beradaptasi dengan teknologi informasi terkini dan bersaing lebih baik di pasar industri restoran yang semakin dinamis.

Abstract

This research explores how content marketing on Instagram and TikTok differs in its ability to shape the brand image of Dimsum Mentai BityBite in Pematang Siantar. Although both platforms are commonly utilized by culinary MSMEs, studies that directly compare their influence on brand perception are still scarce. To fill this gap, the study evaluates the performance of identical content uploaded on both platforms and examines how each medium contributes to audience engagement and the formation of brand impressions. Adopting a qualitative case study design, data were obtained through direct observation of two matched posts on Instagram and TikTok, supported by in-depth interviews with the business owner. Indicators of engagement such as the number of views, likes, comments, and shares were analyzed to understand user responses and the visibility generated by each platform. The findings indicate that TikTok delivers a wider reach and stronger interaction, largely due to its recommendation-driven algorithm and the appeal of concise, fast-paced videos. These features help accelerate public awareness and reinforce the image of a contemporary, trend-oriented brand. In contrast, Instagram offers greater advantages for maintaining consistent visual identity, fostering communication, and building long-term consumer trust. Its features allow the brand to sustain relational closeness and a stable identity. Overall, the study highlights that both platforms possess unique yet complementary strengths: TikTok is more effective for broad exposure and initial engagement, while Instagram supports loyalty and lasting brand attachment. Therefore, combining the advantages of both platforms can create a more effective and balanced strategy for brand development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas sistem pelayanan surat menyurat di Balai Desa Tegalandong yang sudah menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi melalui Microsoft Word dan Excel namun belum terdigitalisasi, sehingga belum efektif. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis alur pelayanan, mengidentifikasi keunggulan dan kelemahan, serta peluang dan tantangan dalam pengembangan sistem digital. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta metode analisis sistem menggunakan pendekatan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem surat menyurat sudah memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dengan keunggulan berupa akses mudah di tingkat desa, kecepatan penyelesaian dokumen, dan sikap aparatur yang ramah dan terbuka. Namun, kelemahan yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan jumlah pegawai, proses pencatatan yang masih sederhana, dan belum adanya sistem digital. Peluang pengembangan cukup besar karena adanya dukungan fasilitas komputer, printer, jaringan internet, serta bantuan pemerintah daerah dalam digitalisasi layanan publik. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kebutuhan pelatihan pegawai, komitmen dalam penerapan sistem baru, kestabilan internet dan listrik, serta perawatan pada perangkat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat melakukan pengembangan berkelanjutan terhadap sistem surat menyurat berbasis web agar pelayanan menjadi lebih efektif, efisisen, dan selaras dengan tuntutan era digital.
