Abstract

Kinerja karyawan perbankan syariah merupakan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang menentukan kualitas perusahaan di masa depan, dimana tinggi dan randahnya kinerja karyawan disebabkan oleh beberapak faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Palembang Sudirman, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik sampling jenuh kepada sebanyak 35 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Data-data yang telah diperoleh lalu diuji secara validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, serta uji hipotesis, dan diperoleh hasil olah data bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerj karayawan, hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Automatic Teller Machine/ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Self Service Technology on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal.The reason behind the author's interest in writing this thesis is based on the researcher's sense of suggestion regarding the lack of customer understanding regarding technology, obstacles in using ATMs or Mobile Banking applications and Internet Banking which carry out transactions via cellphones, this is thought to be a lack of potential for improving Self Service Technology services in banks. Indonesian Sharia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal.This type of research is field research obtained directly through distributing questionnaires to BSI KCP Palembang Simpang Patal customers. The technique used in sampling is the Slovin formula. The sample used in this research was 99 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal. The type of data used is primary data. Data analysis techniques in this research consist of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, the Automatic Teller Machine variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Mobile Banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Internet Banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Self Service Technology simultaneously has an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of soft skills, practical field experience or internships and work motivation on student work readiness at Sharia Bank. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire data collection method using a Likert scale. The population in this study was 501 sharia banking students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, class of 2020-2021. Sample collection in this study was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study consisted of 125 students. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 analysis program. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) soft skills have a positive and significant effect on students' work readiness in sharia banks, (2) Field experience practice (internships) have a positive and significant effect on students' work readiness in sharia banks, (3) Work motivation has an effect positive and significant impact on students' work readiness in sharia banks and (4) simultaneously soft skills, practical field experience (internships) and work motivation have a joint effect on students' work readiness in sharia banks.
