Abstract

The aim of  this research is to recognize the accuracy of CAPM and APT models in predicting the stock return of rural stocks and conventional stock at Jakarta Islamic Index.  Variable of this research are JII stock return, Beta, Risk free, Market return, GDP, SBI and inflation.  The analysis tools that used to measure macro economics variables in the future is Autogrssive Integrated Moving Avarage (ARIMA).  The accuracy of CAPM and APT models is measured by standart deviation and t test is used to compare the accuracy between CAPM and APT models.  The population of this research is all monthly stock return Jakarta Islamic Index.  Whereas the sample used is the monthly stock return of 11 JII companies during 2007 – 2012.  The result of this research showes that the CAPM model is more accurate than APT model in predicting the stock return Jakarta Islamic Index. Keywords: Stock Return, Beta, Risk free, Market return, GDP, SBI,and  Inflation

Abstract

In Palembang the number of labor force shows an increasing number in the period of 11 years ie from 2004 to 2014. The increase in the workforce is followed by an increase in working population accompanied by an increasing number of unemployed. This study aims to determine how much the effect of wages on employment and unemployment from 2004 to 2014. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression, where Y shows the variable of employment and unemployment, while X shows the variable minimum wage city . Based on the analysis conducted shows that wages have a positive effect on employment. This indicates that wage increases are in line with increased employment. Wages have a negative effect on job seekers graduating from junior high school, job seekers graduated from senior high school, job seekers graduated from S2 / S3, while wages have no effect on unemployment, job seekers graduated from primary school, graduated job seekers D1 / D2 / D3, job seekers graduated S1, and work placement

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah perbankan syari’ah di Kota Palembang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Produk Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah di Perbankan Syariah Kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhnasabah aktif pengguna layanan perbankan syariah di kota Palembang. Metodesampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Sampling Aksidental sebanyak 160 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan Nasabah Perbankan Syariah. Kata Kunci : Produk, Keputusan

Abstract

SHARIA CAPITAL MARKET EDUCATION TO GROW INVESTMENT INTERESTS FOR STUDENTS OF RADEN FATAH ISLAMIC STATE ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY PALEMBANG. In general, the purpose of this community service activity is, Building the attention and interest of students regarding the Capital Market and investing in the Capital Market as well as providing education to students about and investing in the Capital Market so that the need to invest and increase the number of new investors and increase active investors in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. With this community service activity there is a problem of lack of information literacy about investment and how to invest will increase with the provision of related educational material in the form of training. Meanwhile, because it is related to aspects of intellect and skills, this activity is carried out through education and training. Increased knowledge of information about financial planning can be through stock simulations. The target of this activity is students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Raden Fatah. The activity participants are expected to be the main role that can share information and build public awareness in investing.

Abstract

This study aimed to test whether there is any influence between the investment and lifestyle the investor women customers of Bursa Efek Indonesia in Palembang city. The object of this study were investor women in capital market of Bursa Efek indonesia in Palembang city. The sampling methods collection used is the Non Probability sampling and Judgmental Sampling. The sampling taken as many as 150 investor women customers of Bursa Efek Indonesia in Palembang city. Further analysis of data using Structural Equation Model analysis techniques or SEM. The results of the testing that was done show that: first, the variable investment have significant influence on variable investor women customer’s Bursa Efek Indonesia in Kota Palembang.  Second, the lifestyle variable has significant on variable investor women customer’s Bursa Efek Indonesia in Kota Palembang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan kualitas pengawas dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir mahasiswa program studi Perbankan Syariah FEBI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peran, kualitas supervisor dan penyelesaian tugas akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peran supervisor berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir (2) kualitas supervisor berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on investment decisions in the islamic capital market. There are six variables used in this study, namely Online Communities (X1), Interaction (X2), Sharing of Content (X3), Accessibility (X4), Credibility (X5), and Investment Decision (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using primary data. Primary data obtained through books, journals that support research. The population in this study were students majoring in Business Management at the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. Then te sampel used was 91 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that the variables online communities, interaction, sharing of content, accessibility, and credibility simultaneously influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market with a value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (7,606>2,32). Meanwhile, the partial tet results show that only the accessibility variable with tcount > ttable (2,241>1,992) has a significant effect on the decision to invest in the islamic capital market.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan aspek penting dalam suatu perusahaan perbankan. kompetensi komunikasi diperbankan syariah menjadi prioritas terutama daam mencapai keberhasilan tujuan pelaynan. Dalam perusahaan setiap karyawan harus memiliki kompetensi yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas pelayanan dimata nasabah, kompetensi sangat mempengaruhi pelayannan prima yang diberikan kepada nasabah .Pelayanan prima merupakan factor terpenting dalam merebut hati calon nasabah dan nasabah yang dilakukan customer service memerlukan skill berkomunikasi yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kompetensi komunikasi customer service dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan prima.Metode penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode kualitatif .Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan okumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.Kompetensi komunikasi customer service sangat berpengaruh dalam mencapai pelayanan prima, untuk meningkatkkan kompetensi tersebut dapat dimulai dengan membangun komunikasi yang efektif, menumbuhkan rasa empati, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterlampilan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture on the performance of employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Branch, Palembang. This type of research is quantitative. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were employees of Bank Sumsel Babel, Palembang Syariah Branch, totaling 35 respondents. Sampling in this research was carried out using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and data processing was assisted by the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 application. The results of the study showed that individual characteristics and organizational culture had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. Meanwhile, job characteristics do not have a significant effect on the performance of South Sumatra Babel Palembang Syariah Branch employees. Simultaneously individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Babel Palembang Sharia Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Automatic Teller Machine/ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Self Service Technology on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal.The reason behind the author's interest in writing this thesis is based on the researcher's sense of suggestion regarding the lack of customer understanding regarding technology, obstacles in using ATMs or Mobile Banking applications and Internet Banking which carry out transactions via cellphones, this is thought to be a lack of potential for improving Self Service Technology services in banks. Indonesian Sharia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal.This type of research is field research obtained directly through distributing questionnaires to BSI KCP Palembang Simpang Patal customers. The technique used in sampling is the Slovin formula. The sample used in this research was 99 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal. The type of data used is primary data. Data analysis techniques in this research consist of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, the Automatic Teller Machine variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Mobile Banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Internet Banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Self Service Technology simultaneously has an effect on customer satisfaction.
