Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan disiplin belajar peserta didik dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran IPAS. Ada banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan proses pembelajaran, salah satu diantaranya adalah disiplin belajar. Tanpa adanya faktor disiplin belajar proses pembelajaran dimungkinkan mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Martapura Timur yakni berjumlah 18 sekolah dasar yang berjumlah 612 peserta didik dan diambil sampel sebanyak 135 peserta didik secara acak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data disiplin belajar adalah skala disiplin belajar peserta didik yang berjumlah 30 item dan diujicobakan pada 45 peserta didik. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik expert judgement. Reliabilitas instrument ini diketahui dengan menggunakan Croanbach’s Alpha. Untuk mengumpulkan data nilai pelajaran IPAS menggunakan teknik dokumentasi nilai rapor IPAS semester gasal dengan meminta kesediaan pihak sekolah. Uji prasyarat analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji linearitas dan uji normalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas IV SD se-Kecamatan Martapura Timur. Besarnya hubungan atau korelasi antara variabel disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar yang ditunjukkan pada Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,845 dan nilai P 0,00<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe and explain the implementation of religious character education through the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an class program at SD Negeri 3 Sungai Ulin in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation; and (2) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program. This research employed a qualitative case study approach. The research subjects included the school principal, Tahfidz teachers, and students. Data collection techniques involved interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings revealed that religious character education was integrated into the curriculum through a well-structured planning process, effective teaching strategies, and continuous evaluation based on religious character indicators. Supporting factors included school leadership commitment and parental involvement, while inhibiting factors involved limited instructional time and infrastructure constraints.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between verbal bullying and the self-confidence of fifth-grade elementary school students in North Banjarbaru District. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. A total of 100 students were selected through purposive sampling from several elementary schools in the area. Instruments used in this study included a verbal bullying scale and a self-confidence scale, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis revealed a negative and significant correlation between verbal bullying and self-confidence, with a correlation coefficient of -0.355 and a significance value of 0.000. The findings suggest that the more verbal bullying a student experiences, the lower their level of self-confidence. These results highlight the importance of school attention to students' psychosocial dynamics, particularly in preventing verbal bullying in elementary school environments. Additionally, efforts to enhance students’ self-confidence must be carried out comprehensively through teacher support, a safe school atmosphere, and parental involvement.
