Abstract

Golden Indonesia 2045 is a long-term vision that targets Indonesia to become a developed country with high levels of welfare and security. One important aspect in achieving this vision is the application of advanced technology to support security and efficiency in various sectors. This article aims to discuss the application of smart lock integration using artificial intelligence (AI)-based image processing technology, called “Re-Lock”. Re-Lock technology is designed to enhance physical security through advanced visual identification, allowing access only to authorized individuals based on real-time image analysis. This research adopts a system development method that integrates AI with smart locks, where image processing is used to recognize faces, fingerprints, or certain patterns as a form of identity verification. Case studies were applied to smart home environments and public facilities to test the reliability and efficiency of the system under real conditions. The results show that Re-Lock has a high accuracy rate in identifying individuals and is able to significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access. In addition, the system is also designed to be easily integrated with existing infrastructure, making it a practical and affordable solution in supporting national security in the digital era. The implementation of Re-Lock is projected to contribute significantly to the achievement of the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision, by making security technology one of the main pillars in the country's development.

Abstract

The approach used in this article is paradiplomacy and sister province. By using qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. The results showed that since the signing of the MoU, sister province cooperation between the South Sulawesi government and Ehime Prefecture has not been effective and massive in its application. The application carried out is by sending 10 people from South Sulawesi to Ehime Japan to conduct training in tuna fish technology management. In addition, in 2021, the Ehime government provided grant assistance to the South Sulawesi government in the form of ambulances and fire fighting vehicles. However, behind the positives, the cooperation between the two provinces experienced several obstacles, namely first, the replacement of Mr. Nurdin Abdullah as Governor of South Sulawesi which caused communication and interaction to not run smoothly. Second, there was overlapping coordination between South Sulawesi government institutions. Third, facing the Covid 19 pandemic, so that mobility activities are not going well.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Indonesia's grant program for Afghanistan in 2022 as a manifestation of strengthening South-South cooperation. By exploring using the constructivism approach in international relations related to the identity and interests of the two countries, it forms a pattern of bilateral cooperation. The research used qualitative method with data collection techniques through journals and reports on strengthening South-South cooperation through grant programs. The results showed that the grant program was allocated into three priority sectors: Handling the Food Crisis, Capacity Building Training in Maternal and Child Health, and Educational Support Assistance for Afghan Postgraduate Students. The program successfully trained and improved the academic skills of Afghans, increased agricultural productivity in targeted areas and access to basic health services. While this cooperation has faced challenges, Indonesia's adaptive approach through cooperation with local organizations and the use of information technology for remote monitoring has proven effective. This study concludes that the success of the grant program not only strengthens bilateral relations but also shows the strengthening of state-identity solidarity in the south-south region, which emphasizes equality, care, and the encouragement of identity among Muslim-developing countries.
