Abstract

This study aims to determine whether content marketing and experiential marketing have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions, a case study of consumers in Medan Tembung District. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. And hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. The results showed that partially content marketing has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions in consumer case studies in Medan Tembung District, and experiential marketing has little significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for consumers in Medan Tembung District. Simultaneously content marketing and experiential marketing have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions, a case study of consumers in Medan Tembung sub-district.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian Momoyo icecream Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen di Momoyo ice cream yang berjumlah 57 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 57 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel social media marketing mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Momoyo ice cream. Selain itu secara parsial variabel Word of Mouth mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Momoyo ice cream. Simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel social media marketing dan Word of Mouth kerja terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Momoyo ice cream.

Abstract

Improving human resource competency is a strategic long-term investment and has broad dimensions in all aspects. Therefore, integrated steps and willingness are needed from the leadership as policy makers and the workforce who act as development subjects. Improving the competency of Human Resources in the form of mental skills, soft skills, hard skills, social skills, has become an unavoidable demand for organizations in the new normal era to support the performance of the workforce and management. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the Development of Human Resource Competence to Increase the Competitiveness of Rehani Local Products (Malay Batak Weaving) Rehani as a business actor in Sidorejo Hilir Village, Medan Tembung District. The method used in this service uses the ABCD method, which provides assistance in training Competency Development to business actors. The results of the implementation of this activity are that the assistance has had a positive impact on the community and MSME actors in the form of increasing the ability and quality of employees with the aim of achieving better performance for each employee and the organization as a whole. In this training, the role of the assistant is very important in providing support, guidance, and motivation for the community. Behavioral engineering contains the implied meaning that behavior can actually be changed and improved, from one state to another, better state.
