This study aims to determine the success of the culinary business. Judging from the Characteristics and Knowledge of Entrepreneurship in the Penyet Chicken culinary business, the research was conducted in several locations of the Ayam Penyet culinary business in Medan Tembung and Medan Perjuangan districts. When the research was conducted from August 2020 to September 2020 the number of samples in this study were 35 respondents with Characteristics Variables (X1), which had a positive and significant effect on business success, this was seen from the significant value (0.034) <0.05 and the t value (2.225 )> t table (1,988), meaning that even though the knowledge variable is increased by one unit (unit), the success of the Penyet Chicken Culinary business (Y) will increase by 0.424 units (units). Knowledge variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on business success, this can be seen from the significant value (0.041) <0.05 and the t value (2.132)> t table (1.988) means that if the characteristic variable is increased by one unit (unit) then the success of the Penyet Chicken Culinary business (Y) will increase by 0.530 units (units). The results of the F test show that the Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Knowledge simultaneously have a significant effect on the Success of Penyet Chicken Culinary Business.

This study aims to determine whether Share Ownership (X1) and Corporate Social Responsibility (X2) both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the Value of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. The data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The data used in this study is secondary data, by collecting financial statements of Manufacturing Companies in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2013 up to 2017 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was 10 samples. Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggested that manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange can increase share ownership thereby increasing the value of the company so that the profits obtained by the company are high and also affect dividend payments because the market considers that high dividend payments reflect good corporate performance and provide good prospects in the future.

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the leadership style of employee performance and work discipline on performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumaetra Utara. The sample used in this study were 59 respondents using a questionnaire. The technical analysis in this study uses hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Utara where it is obtained from the value of tcount 2.168 ttable 1.99897 and p-value 0.035 0.05. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Utara where it is obtained from the value of tcount 3.104 ttable 1.99897 and p-value 0.003 0.05. (3) leadership style and work discipline together have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Maturity, Peringkat Obligasi dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) pada Bank Umum yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2015-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analilis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Maturity berpengaruh positif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Peringkat Obligasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Dan dalam penelitian ini Maturity, Peringkat Obligasi dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi

PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai is a company engaged in the production of latex gloves. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of Work Culture and Working Hours on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai which amounted to 103 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that partially, competency and supervision have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. Simultaneously, Work Culture and Working Hours have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by Work Culture and Working Hours by 65.2% meaning that the ability of the performance variable (Y) can be explained by variations in the variable Work Culture (X1) and Working Hours (X2)of 65.2% the remaining 34.8% is explained by the other variables not examined in this study such as compensation, work environment, and so on.

Ketentraman dan Ketertiban masyarakat sangat penting dapat menentukan kelancaran jalannya Pemerintahan, serta pelaksanaan dan pembangunan serta pembinaan ketentraman dalam suatu wilayah daerah sehingga tercapainya tujuan pembangunan yang diharapkan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, hal diatas tidak sesuai dengan keamanan yang ada di Deli Tua. Seksi Ketentraman dan Ketertiban Kecamatan belum melihatkan kinerja yang maksimal dalam program Ketentraman dan Ketertiban masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Persepsi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan ketentraman dan ketertiban oleh Seksi Ketentraman dan Ketertiban dan mengetahui Faktor- faktor apa saja yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan ketentraman dan ketertiban oleh Seksi Tramtib. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang diambil secara accidental (kebetulan) dalam kurun waktu 5 hari kerja. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan tabel tunggal. Hasil penelitian Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Pelaksanaan Ketentraman dan Ketertiban di Kecamatan Deli Tua, dimana dari 30 Responden, dimana dengan menyatakan kategori persepsi baik sebanyak 5 responden (16,7%), persepsi cukup baik sebanyak 10 responden (33,3%) menyatakan persepsi cukup baik, dan 15 responden (50,0%) menyatakan kurang baik. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat mengenai pelaksanaan ketentraman dan ketertiban di Kecamatan Deli Tua Kurang Baik.

In this study the authors describe the research with the title "An Analysis of Management Information Procedure in PT. Yamaha Tembung, Medan, Indonesia" at the Yamaha company. This study aims to determine whether the information management procedure system has met the elements of internal control in the company. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. The results of research conducted indicate that the overall system of information procedures applied to the company has fulfilled the elements of internal control that have been prepared well, but the elements of internal control in terms of good practice to satisfy consumers.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Persediaan Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Perusahaan Kosmetik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)”. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perputaran Kas tidak berpengaruh dan tingkat signifikan terhadap ROA, (2) Perputaran Persediaan terdapat berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA (3) secara simultan Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder , yaitu dengan mengumpulkan laporan keuangan perusahaan Kosmetik berupa laporan keuangan yang dikonsilidasian tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2019 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini sebanyak 5 sampel.

The booming development of k pop and k drama has brought many changes to the products purchased by the public. One of the products that are most influenced by k-pop and k-drama are beauty products that are much liked by Indonesian women. Indonesian women really like the beauty of k-pop and k-drama Korean artists so that Korean Hallyu is the current trend. This study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people with the sample criteria being women aged 17 years and over who had purchased k beauty products at least three times. This research was conducted to find out whether the demographic segmentation variables consisting of age, occupation, income influence the decision to purchase k beauty products and the psychographic segmentation variables consisting of indicators; values, lifestyle and personality affect consumer purchasing decisions for k beauty products. Partially, each of the demographic and psychographic segmentation variables has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of k beauty products. Simultaneously the two independent variables also have a positive and significant influence so that all hypotheses are accepted.

This activity is a Community Service (PKM) activity organized by the University of Medan Area, Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program which aims to be a tridarma activity of Higher Education by lecturers. In community service with the title Improved Management for Teak Wood Furniture MSMEs. by community craftsmen, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics, Medan Area University, Faculty of Economics and Business held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 The objectives of implementing this Community Service include: Increasing capacity and synergy, knowledge, attitudes, and skills in implementing the development of a quality management system. Motivating MSMEs to remain enthusiastic in entrepreneurship. Encouraging the Management Unit to maintain quality and continuity. As an activity of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The output targets of this Community Service program are: MSME units can increase their productivity, be independent, and be environmentally friendly. The quality management system unit can carry out product innovations to produce superior products that are innovative, competitive and sustainable; UMKM Production Units can produce added value for SMEs thereby increasing the welfare of member; Implementation of online marketing. The methods used in achieving the above objectives are increasing capacity building through imparting knowledge, forming attitudes, and skills through training and field practice.
