Abstract

The farmer's chicken supply chain is a complex system that involves various stages starting from selecting chicken seeds, rearing, feeding, health management, to distribution of the final product to the market. Distribution Channels are closely related to the Supply Chain process, both of which are important in a business, both large and small businesses. The aim of this research is to determine the Broiler Chicken Supply Chain at Kemiri Village Broiler Farms, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. The research method used is observation, interviews and documentation. This broiler farm is under contract with PT. Bintang Tama to supply feed, vitamin medicine, chicken seeds, and also chicken brokers/collectors. Chicken seeds come from PT.Bintang Tama Sentosa after which the chickens are bred for 28 days to 35 days according to the contract with the broker/collector, in 1 harvest/livestock from 3000 seedlings to harvest, the estimated death is 200 deaths, this process cannot be separated from the control carried out by the livestock manager. Chicken farming here is managed well, starting with providing different feeds. Meat chicken seeds are fed with the types of feed, namely pre starter, starter, and finisher, this feed is given at 3 different/not the same age periods for the chickens in 1 harvest. Abstract

The supply chain is a network of companies that work together to produce and deliver products to end users. UMKM Getuk Lindri Bu Umi has problems related to the management of cassava raw material inventory used in Getuk Lindri production, namely the supply of raw materials, storage of raw materials, and product marketing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the supply chain management (SCM) used by MSMEs in carrying out their production processes to be effective and efficient in achieving predetermined goals. The method used in this research is a qualitative method carried out as much as observation and direct observation of MSME owners. The solutions offered include establishing communication with suppliers or adding new suppliers who are more cooperative, collaborating with universities to get better storage technology.

Abstract

PT SWA I is a manufacturing company operating in the textile industry. There are 3 production process departments, namely Pre Treatment, Dyeing, and Finishing. The company has a production target of 300,000 yards per day, which will be exported to various countries as well as the local market. The high level of work pressure is often experienced by operators due to the demanding production targets and the requirement to meet the company's quality standards to ensure optimal productivity. Therefore, workload is a crucial aspect that needs to be considered. This study utilizes the Defence Research Agency Workload Scale (DRAWS) method to measure the workload. The DRAWS method consists of 4 indicator categories: Input Demand (ID), Central Demand (CD), Output Demand (OD), and Time Pressure (TP). Based on the DRAWS method, the total workload results for the Pre Treatment, Dyeing, and Finishing process departments are 75.06% (overload), 75.55% (overload), and 68.56% (overload), respectively, with the most dominant indicators being Output Demand, Central Demand, and Time Pressure. The processing and analysis of data show that the operator's workload is not optimal, especially in categories related to physical tasks, information interpretation, and time pressure. To improve and optimize the production process, it is suggested to enhance teamwork, improve information sheets, and optimize the system during the operator's working hours. This will result in better and more efficient production processes.

Abstract

Control chalrts alre one of the most widely used quallity interpretaltion tools to determine whether al process is within control limits or whether the calpalbility of al process is within the expected limits alnd criterial. In every production process problems alre often found such als product rejects alnd product defects. Control chalrts caln be used to monitor current alnd ongoing production processes. Observaltions were malde alt the Wilis Valn Jalval coffee industry localted in Kalre District, Maldiun Regency with robustal coffee types. The method used in this observaltion is descriptive with al qualntitaltive alpproalch through observaltion, interviews alnd documentaltion. The technique used in daltal alnallysis is using al P-chalrt. The alnallysis results show thalt coffee defects alccount for 1l0l% of the totall ralw malterialls used. To alchieve optimall production levels, compalnies must paly alttention to detalils thalt caluse production defects to optimize revenue alnd reduce loss falctors.

The purpose of the study is to create an appropriate marketing strategy for CV. Mustika Agung, a furniture craftsman in Magetan Regency. Primary data collected in this study were collected through interview methods. The results of the SWOT analysis of CV. Abstract

Every company that carries out production activities needs a supply of raw materials. With the availability of raw materials, it is hoped that industrial companies can carry out the production process according to consumer demand. In addition, adequate supplies of raw materials in the warehouse are also expected to improve the smoothness of production or service to consumers, as well as prevent shortages of raw materials. This research aims to identify and analyze the inventory management of raw materials implemented by the National Tofu Factory. The research method used is descriptive, with analysis using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The data collected is in the form of interview results as primary data. The results of the research show that the management of raw material inventory by the National Tofu Factory has not been optimal. Based on the EOQ calculation, the amount of existing raw material inventory is smaller than what is recommended by the EOQ method. Therefore, additional raw material supplies are needed to support the smooth production process. The National Tofu Factory is also advised to provide adequate warehouses to store raw material supplies, especially for soybeans, so that they can accommodate more raw materials and reduce ordering costs.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan bidang manufaktur yang bergerak dalam produk kayu lapis atau plywood. Jenis kayu yang digunakan dalam melakukan produksi plywood adalah kayu sengon. Dalam proses produksinya, PT XYZ sering mengalami permasalahan yaitu jumlah permintaan yang tidak menentu sehingga sulit bagi perusahaan dalam melakukan perencanaan produksi. Ketika tingkat pemesanan dari konsumen tinggi, persediaan bahan baku yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan kurang memenuhi. Sehingga, pesanaan pelanggan tidak bisa dikirim tepat waktu. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menentukan metode peramalan yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam melakukan perencanaan produksi produk plywood pada PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan peramalan adalah dengan menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, Winters`, Dekomposisi dan Regresi Linier. Hasil dari penelitiann yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peramalan yang terbaik adalah dengan menggunakan metode Winters`. Peramalan metode Winters` menggunakan parameter pemulusan dengan kombinasi terbaik menggunakan nilai α=0,8, β=0,01 dan µ=0,01 serta menghasilkan nilai akurasi dengan total nilai MAPE sebesar 17,5 %. Peramalan permintaan produk Plywood pada PT XYZ periode 2024 menggunakan metode Winters` (α 0,8, β 0,01, µ 0,01) sebesar 10068,80 .

Abstract

Sektor pertanian memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional dan penyedia sumber pangan, Inovasi dalam alat pertanian sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja petani.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain ulang alat pemupuk dan penanaman benih jagung dengan menggunakan pendekatan ergonomi. Metode penelitian melibatkan stopwatch untuk mengukur waktu kerja, penyebaran kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Setelah perancangan ulang, kuesioner Nordic Body Map Kembali disebarkan untuk menilai kenyamanan alat baru.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 69% responden setuju dan 33% sangant setuju bahwa alat baru meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi kerja, alat baru menggabungkan fungsi pemupukan dan penanaman dirancang secara ergonomis, mudah digunakan, tahan lama dan mudah dirawat.
