Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the management of Santri (students who study in Islamic boarding schools) in increasing the efficiency of Santri learning activities. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and document review. The research subjects were the students and teachers/ustadz who were included in the management of the Santri and the Babussalam Islamic Boarding School, Cimanggis, Depok, as the research site. The study found that various obstacles faced by Santri to increase the efficiency of Santri's learning activities require good management of Santri and strategies so that Islamic boarding schools can achieve the goals. The learning management and strategy of the Santri are the success factors in producing superior Santri as the Rabbani generation, the successor of the Prophets' treatises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran tanya jawab dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar akidah akhlak di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Terpadu (MIT) Attaqwa 01 pusat Ujung harapan Bahagia, Babelan Bekasi.Pembelajaran akidah akhlak saat ini dirasakan oleh siswa sebagai mata pelajaran yang membosankan, sehingga dibutuhkan adanya suatu metode  yang dapat menstimulus siswa untuk dapat terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.Akidah akhlak merupakan salah satu  pembelajaran wajib yang harus diikuti oleh seluruh siswa di MIT Attaqwa, yang bertujuan untuk menempatkan posisi manusia yang kaffah yang terakumulasi dalam peningkatan aspek spiritual-emosional (keimanan), intelektual (aqliyah) dan aspek jismiyah (keterampilan fisik). Ketercapaian pembelajaran salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan suatu metode yang dapat mendukung dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa itu sendiri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIT Attaqwa 01 Pusat Ujungharapan Kel. Bahagia, Kec. Babelan, Kab. Bekasi Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui test penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan observasi. Populasi sebesar 100 siswa dengan sampel yang diambil Margin Error (5%), maka di dapat sampel sebesar 80 siswa di bagi menjadi kelas experimen dan kelas kontrol masing-masing 40 siswa. Validitas reliabilitas data di uji melalui uji t test dan dianalisis uji korelasi Product Moment (rxy), dan uji t (taraf signifikan) dan gain score.   Berdasarkan gain score hasil pre-test dan pos-test kelas experiment dan kelas kontrol, mempunyai perbandingan 6. Dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan variabel  X dan variabel Y maka perlu diuji dengan melihat posisi nilai “t” yaitu  nilai thitung sebesar 0,94 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,990 dengan Df (degree of freedom) sebesar 38. Dengan demikian hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Serta berdasarkan besarnya rxy product moment (0,84) yang terletak di antara 0,70 – 0,90 korelasi antara variabel X dan Y sangat tinggi. dan uji KD didapatkan hasil sebesar 70,56 % artinya kontibusi variabel X dan Y sebesar 70,56 %, sedangkan 29,44 %  dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.  Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel X (Metode Tanya Jawab) terhadap variabel Y (hasil belajar Akidah Akhlak).

Abstract

This study aims to determine parents' overall views on the importance of formal early childhood education in Kp Pangkalan, Segarajaya Village, Tarumajaya District, and how families assess the significance of early childhood education for children in their sensitive phase. Early childhood has brain cells that need to be stimulated. They are the nation's superior generation and are going through a very vital period that will influence their future. This descriptive study adopts a quantitative approach. The participants in this study were parents living in KP Pangkalan. Information for the research was collected through a questionnaire consisting of ten questions distributed to 23 respondents. The research findings indicate that parents' views on the importance of early childhood formal education in Kp Pangkalan, Segarajaya Village are at the "Important" quality level with an average score of 82.61%. Therefore, this study recommends the need for early childhood formal education infrastructure in Kampung Pangkalan, Segarajaya Village, as well as adequate facilities so that the development of children in Kampung Pangkalan, Segarajaya Village, can proceed quickly.

Abstract

This research was conducted in male Attaqwa Islamic Boarding School Ujungharapan from July till October 2018 with respondents are students of class XII High school in male Attaqwa Islamic Boarding School on Even Semester of The school years 2017/2018 with the number of respondents are 123student With the level of confidence is 5% and all respondents were selected randomly. All the data collection was done mostly through questionnaire, while interview and observation were also conducted to get complementary data. Data validity and reliability was analysed by Chi Quadrat to get compatibility and significancy among the data tested. This goal of research is to find out the firstly of making use of education resource in development of autonomy student and secondly is the effectivity of boarding based education in creating autonomous student in carrying out. Based on the data gatherer and analyzed,it can be concluded that the process of boarding based education in Male Attaqwa Islamic boarding School is conducted well. This conclusion is derived from the counting x2 > x2 is 113.1. so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected with a 5% with the level of freedom K-1. This finding was indicated from two indicator of management and system of communicatin which has bigger score than t table and supported from the level student autonomy which has significant score in emotional autonomy (280,790), intellectual autonomy (184,67) and economic autonomy (227,63). Based on above mentioned data, it can be concluded that the concept of boarding based education as applied in male Attaqwa Islamic Boarding school has significantly created autonomous student from the side of emotionality, intellectuality and economy. But form the side of social autonomy the data did not show significant score. This condition is perhaps influenced by the factor of adolescent egocentrism.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) in Indonesia face significant challenges in enhancing their competitiveness, independence, and adaptation to global educational changes. PTKI must address the gap between the global education system and their limited internal capacity, such as limited funding, inadequate infrastructure, and a shortage of skilled human resources. This study aims to develop a comprehensive governance model for PTKI that integrates academic autonomy, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships to enhance their global competitiveness. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach with case studies. The results show that BLU status provides flexibility in resource management, but challenges remain in integrating Islamic values ​​with the demands of educational modernization. This study concludes that PTKI must strengthen academic autonomy and seek sustainable financing models to achieve independence. The contribution of this research is to provide a strategic framework for the development of PTKI that balances tradition and modernity.
