Abstract

Abstract. Qur'an-based education aims to preserve the purity of the Qur'an through memorization. The Tahfidz program is typically included in the curriculum for one hour per week. This research at Mu'allimin Persatuan Islam 27 Situ Aksan Bandung integrates Qur'an memorization into its intramural program to enhance students' memorization skills. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive-analytical methods, the findings reveal that the Tahfidz program at Mu'allimin Persatuan Islam 27 revives the tradition of Qur'an memorization, improves students' memorization skills, and integrates Qur'anic teachings into daily activities. The program includes daily lessons, recitation sessions, memorization exams, and Tasmi' for every five Juz memorized. Support from parents, teachers, and a conducive pesantren environment is crucial, despite challenges such as limited teacher resources and internal student factors. Abstrak. Pendidikan berbasis Al-Qur'anbertujuan menjaga kemurnian Al-Qur'an melalui hafalan. Program Tahfidz biasanya dimasukkan dalam kurikulum selama satu jam per minggu. Penelitian di Mu'allimin Persatuan Islam 27 Situ Aksan Bandung ini mengintegrasikan hafalan Al-Qur'an ke dalam program intrakurikuler untuk meningkatkan hafalan siswa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif-analitis, temuan menunjukkan bahwa program Tahfidz di Mu'allimin Persatuan Islam 27 menghidupkan kembali tradisi hafalan Al-Qur'an, meningkatkan keterampilan hafalan siswa, dan mengintegrasikan ajaran Al-Qur'an dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Program ini mencakup pelajaran harian, sesi tilawah, ujian hafalan, dan Tasmi' setiap lima Juz. Dukungan dari orang tua, guru, dan lingkungan pesantren yang kondusif sangat penting, meskipun ada tantangan seperti keterbatasan guru dan faktor internal siswa.
