Abstract

This research aims to explain the creative economic development based on home industry carried out by EcoNatural Society Foundation, explain its impact on community income, and supporting factors in creative economic development at EcoNatural Society Foundation. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, the way data is collected is through observation, interviews, and documentation of the object of research. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results showed (1) the development of a home industry-based creative economy carried out by the EcoNatural Society Foundation through the formation of household business groups, (2) an increase in the income of people participating in household business groups, (3) internal and external factors that support the development carried out by the EcoNatural Society Foundation in Selayar Islands Regency.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of providing training to fishermenwho are members of the Lautan Sejahtera Fishermen's Group in Lawallu Village, Barru Regency. The implementation of this service consists of 3 main activities, namely first, training on the use of fishing equipment technology, namely flying drones integrated with fish finders and GPS, second, training on calculating ice needs and packaging fish and Online Marketing Training. It is hoped that this training can be a solution to reduce the need for fuel when fishing, thereby reducing fishermen's operational costs. Catches last longer and fishermen can market products online to expand the market and thus increase income. This training, as a form of community service, was attended by 15 members of the Lautan Sejahtera Fishermen's Group.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of gold prices on profit achievement at PT Pengadaian (Persero) Maros Branch, South Sulawesi. This type of research is quantitative in nature explanatory. The population is the financial statements, and the sample is the profit and loss of PT. Pegadaian Maros Branch during the period 2018 - 2022. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the price of gold had a positive and significant effect on the profit achievement of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch South Sulawesi. This means that the price of gold is able to make a significant contribution to the achievement of the profit of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch South Sulawesi. Given the gold price factor that greatly affects the achievement of profit, PT. Pegadaian Maros Branch Sul-Sel needs to pay attention to pricing activities that will be carried out so that consumers and potential consumers / buyers know and understand the ups and downs of gold prices in PT. Pegadaian Maros Branch so as to increase the achievement of future profits.

Abstract

This research is to find out the extent of the implementation of women's empowerment business group training in Makassar City, how entrepreneurial activities of women's empowerment business groups in Makassar City, and what factors hinder and support entrepreneurial training of women's empowerment business groups in Makassar City. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of training provided by the National Program for Independent Community Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri in improving entrepreneurial skills was very influential, then the entrepreneurial activities of women's empowerment business groups in Makassar City were carried out well, when training was provided by the National Program for Independent Community Empowerment in Makassar City. The inhibiting factor in this case is the lack of knowledge possessed by women's business groups in developing businesses, while the supporting factor is the spirit of cooperation from women entrepreneurs who have the desire for existing businesses in Makassar City to develop. It can be concluded that the entrepreneurship training provided by the National Independent Community Empowerment Program to empower women in Makassar City has been successful.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education and training at the Young Entrepereneur School South Sulawesi (YESS) and to find out whether entrepreneurship education and training at YESS in the South Sulawesi Cooperatives and SMEs Office is in accordance with the desired skills in the 21st century. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used was descriptive qualitative analysis with an interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the implementation of YESS is structured and programmed. Learning for 3 months each with teaching materials tailored to the important points of learning each month. The suitability of YESS with the desired skills in the 21st century can be said to be appropriate. With a learning concept of 20% theory and 80% practice, it is able to provide knowledge and provision of communication skills, work together, think critically and solutively as well as create and innovate to students. Although the effects of learning have not been able to be fully felt, this is an investment to be better and more competent in the future.
