Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is here as a breath of fresh air in the world of Indonesian education, bringing a spirit of independence for teachers and students to learn and teach with creativity. One of the important instruments in realizing the vision of Independent Learning is the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) which has undergone a significant transformation compared to the 2013 Curriculum RPP (K13). The Independent Curriculum RPP is made more concise and focuses on essential points, so that it is easy for teachers to understand and use. Learning objectives are formulated clearly, measurably and oriented towards Learning Achievements (CP), ensuring learning is centered on the outcomes to be achieved. Teachers are encouraged to understand students’ learning profiles, including their interests, talents, learning styles and learning needs. This allows learning to be designed in a personalized and meaningful way for each individual.

Abstract

One important component in the education system is the curriculum. The curriculum is an educational component that is used as a reference by every educational unit, both by managers and organizers, especially by teachers and school principals. Therefore, since Indonesia has the freedom to provide for its nation's children, the government has begun to develop a curriculum. In this case, the curriculum is created by the central government in a centralized manner and applied to all children throughout Indonesia. In other words, the curriculum system is essentially the education system itself. The curriculum is a very important tool for the success of an education. Without an appropriate and appropriate curriculum it will be difficult to achieve the desired educational goals and objectives.

Abstract

Administrasi pendidikan adala suatu proses yang dilakkan oleh sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan dari organisasi tersebut. Dengan demikian administrasi merpakan suatu sistem yang terpaut dengan organisasi bahkan dapat dinyatakan pula bahwa administrasi adalah upaya mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan orang- orang dalam suatu pola kerja sama. bahwa administrasi adalah upaya mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien dengan manfaatkan orang - orang dalam suatu pola kerja sama. Lembaga pendidikan didirikan untuk kepentingan siswa ,oleh sebab itu perlu mendapat perhatian yang cukup dari pelaksanaan pendidikan agar tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional secara utuh. Maka dari itu, pendidik diharapkan mampu dalam melakukan administrasi bagi siswanya, agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik maka perlu mengerti tentang administrasi kesiswaan/peserta didik tersebut. Administrasi peserta didik imerupakan proses pengurusan serta layanan dalam hal yang berkaitan dengan murid di sekolah, mulai dari perencanaan, penerimaan, pembinaan selama berada di sekolah, sampai dengan menyelesaikan pendidikannya.
