Abstract

Oksidasi minyak terjadi oleh beberapa faktor seperti sifat alami minyak dengan asam lemak penyusunnya, tipe oksigen, suhu, nilai aktivitas air, cahaya, ion logam, bahan tambahan dan kondisi penyimpanan. Fotooksidasi vigin coconut oil (VCO) dipelajari sebagai faktor cahaya dengan menggunakan paparan sinar UV panjang gelombang 256 nm. VCO terkemas di dalam botol gelap dan botol bening mendapatkan iradiasi kontinyu selama 240 jam dengan daya lampu 40 W dan 60 W. Hasil observasi parameter oksidasi, botol gelap dan daya lampu lebih rendah dapat memperlambat aktivitas oksidasi VCO. Nilai asam lemak bebas meningkat dari 0,13% menjadi 0,26%; bilangan peroksida sedikit meningkat dari 1,31 mg eq/kg menjadi 1,40 meq/kg. Nilai asam tiobarbiturat (TBA) meningkat secara logaritmik pada periode penyimpanan hari ketiga dan konstan pada pemaparan hari berikutnya sampai hari kesepuluh dimana TBA naik dari 0,15 mg mol/kg menjadi 0,53 mg mol/kg. Paparan UV 256 nm dapat menyebabkan potensi oksidasi VCO setelah 1128 jam pada kemasan botol bening dan 1740 jam terkemas botol gelap

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategy and effectiveness of instilling religious moderation values in a pluralistic society. The values of religious Moderation promote tolerance, respect for diversity, and interfaith cooperation in overcoming differences of faith. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the implementation of religious moderation values in daily life in the people of Giri Madia Lingsar Village, West Lombok. The results showed that cultivating religious moderation values can act as a catalyst to build harmony and unity in a pluralistic society. Some moderation values that need to be applied include National Commitment, Tolerance, Building Harmony, and Accommodating Local Culture, which are very important to be instilled in the community, especially in the community in Giri Madia Village, which is a plural community group with two religious groups namely Islam and Hinduism and has lived together for many years.

Abstract

This community service activity was implemented as part of the Field School program organized by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia on 21 May 2025 at Hotel Aruna Senggigi. The program targeted micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) affiliated with Social Forestry Business Groups (KUPS) across West Nusa Tenggara. The primary objective was to enhance the capacity and competencies of KUPS actors in utilizing digital marketing platforms, particularly Google Business Profile, Canva, and CapCut, as strategies to strengthen product marketing through digital channels. The program was implemented in three main stages: (1) classroom based sessions introducing the concepts of digital marketing, Google Business profiles, and the use of Canva and CapCut; (2) hands on practice in creating Google Business profiles by participants; and (3) interactive question and answer and sharing sessions. The results indicated a noticeable improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in utilizing digital platforms to promote KUPS products more widely and effectively. Participants were able to create and optimize Google Business profiles, design visual promotional content using Canva, and produce promotional video content using CapCut. Overall, the activity made a tangible contribution to improving digital literacy among KUPS MSME actors in West Nusa Tenggara while supporting environmentally based and sustainable economic empowerment programs. It is expected that similar initiatives can be conducted regularly with more intensive mentoring to ensure the sustained adoption of digital marketing practices among KUPS entrepreneurs.
