Introduction: This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of financing in supporting MSME development at PT Pegadaian UPS Kwanyar. Research Methods: This research uses a descriptive case study approach to describe the efficiency and challenges of KUR Syariah at PT Pegadaian UPS Kwanyar. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with the company and the MSME players. The data was then analyzed qualitatively using descriptive analysis. Results: The results reveal that the KUR Syariah program at PT Pegadaian UPS Kwanyar effectively supports MSME capital by implementing strict procedures such as timeliness, accuracy of amount, accuracy of target, and accuracy of credit. MSMEs that use KUR Syariah report increased income and productivity, although they still face challenges such as product limitations, low user interest, a complicated application process, and a lack of direct promotion. Conclusion: Improvements in the application process and promotion are needed to increase the utilization of KUR Syariah by MSMEs in Bangkalan City.

Spiritual leadership is leadership that brings worldly matters to the ukhrowi (ilahiyah) dimension. Namely leadership that is able to inspire, influence through giving examples, and serve with compassion. One of the nation's leading figures and also a global Muslim intellectual, namely KH. Abdurrahman Wahid or Gus Dur. This paper aims to examine Spiritual Leadership in the perspective of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid. This research is in the nature of a literature study, in which the researcher is to obtain the results of an in-depth study related to the literature on Spiritual Leadership in the view of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid. Gus Dur has views on various issues, always assessed by Islamic universalism which prioritizes spiritual values. In his leadership he strictly forbade Islam to use violence because Islam itself is a religion of peace. However, he allowed the use of violence in certain situations, for example when pressed. But as long as the path of peace can still be taken, he forbids using violence, returning to his original law that Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil alamin. In the political field, for Gus Dur, democracy means equal rights and status of every citizen before the law, regardless of differences in ethnicity, religion, gender and language. Gus Dur's thinking about religious tolerance does not only use the products of traditional Islamic thought, but also emphasizes the use of methodology (manhaj), legal theory (ushul fiqh), and legal principles (Qawa'id Fiqhiyah) within the framework of making a synthesis to giving birth to new ideas as an effort to respond to actual changes in society so that inter-religious conflicts can be avoided.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and impact felt by MSME actors in realizing the sharia KUR program and whether it is really able to provide benefits to the sustainability of the businesses they have. The research method used by the author is descriptive-qualitative research. The role of school public relations in disseminating information and attracting community participation requires good skills, where the communication messages conveyed can really be known and understood by the community or parents of students so that they get a positive image from the community. Apart from that, public relations has a big role in improving quality, namely by communication both in the form of suggestions and criticism from the public as customers of educational services. This research uses qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Information collection uses observation, interviews with relevant parties and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Community Relations Strategy of SMP Plus Cordova in Improving the Quality of Education, namely: 1) Socializing the School Community, 2) Establishing good relationships with student parents, 3) Establishing connections and building partnerships with related institutions or agencies, 4) Holding a Bazaar Entrepreneurship and Educational Exhibitions, 5) Publicizing Information. Obstacles to Managing Community Relations at SMP Plus Cordova Banyuwangi in Improving the Quality of Education, namely: Social media management on YouTube media and school websites is not yet optimal, management of publications on Instagram and TikTok is not yet optimal. Meanwhile, the Challenges of Managing Community Relations at SMP Plus Cordova Banyuwangi are: There are problems in bridging and cooling parents who want their children to change schools even though their children still want to board and go to school.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran aset dan margin laba terhadap pertumbuhan berkelanjutan perusahaan (CSG) yang dimediasi oleh leverage. Penelitian sebelumnya mengenai pengaruh perputaran aset, margin laba, dan leverage terhadap CSG beberapa kali dilakukan, tetapi menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menawarkan model baru dimana leverage sebagai pemediasi hubungan perputaran aset dan margin laba terhadap CSG. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks ESG Quality 45 dengan periode pengamatan 2017 sampai dengan 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan alat analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil perputaran aset, margin laba, dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap CSG. Sementara itu, perputaran aset berpengaruh negatif terhadap leverage dan margin laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap leverage. Hubungan tidak langsung menunjukkan hasil yang identik, yaitu leverage memediasi perputaran aset terhadap CSG, tetapi arahnya negatif, serta leverage tidak mampu memediasi margin laba terhadap CSG.

This study aims to analyze teachers’ perceptions of character formation in students through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were taken from five journal articles relevant to the topic, published between 2020 and 2024. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers is very significant in shaping students' character through the integration of values such as responsibility, honesty, discipline, love, and caring in the learning process. Modern technology, such as multimedia, has the potential to support character building, but requires infrastructure readiness and teacher training. Religious values are also a strong foundation in character education, especially at an early age level, to instill morals and ethics. However, the influence of technology, external culture, and lack of supervision are challenges in maintaining students' character. Character surveys in national assessments are considered useful for understanding students' character comprehensively and helping teachers design more effective learning. This study recommends ongoing teacher training, integration of character values in the curriculum, wise use of technology, and collaboration between schools, families, and communities to create an educational ecosystem that supports the formation of students’ character.

This study aims to analyze bullying behavior in elementary schools using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Literature searches were conducted through Google Scholar with the help of the publish or perish application, using the keyword “bullying behavior in schools” and limiting articles published between 2019 and 2024. The results of this literature study identified various factors that influence bullying, including individual, family, school, and social media factors. Several studies also highlight the importance of self-efficacy in bullying victims, as well as the role of character education and moral values in preventing bullying. An integrated and collaborative approach between parents, teachers, and the school community has proven effective in creating a safe environment for students. These findings provide important insights for the development of bullying prevention policies in elementary schools and the handling of the psychological impacts caused by bullying behavior.
